If negative stars were an option, I would be selecting negative 5 stars. If you enjoy excruciating pain, a personality-challenged dentist, staff who are cold and definitely not personable, Dr. Waack and his office are the place for you. I have spent a lot of time in dentist chairs since getting metal braces as a child and more recently 7 crowns in one day, and I have never been hurt like I was by Dr. Waack. No excuse for not completely deadening before inserting needles even after I informed him that I still had feeling around the tooth. And get this - he then admonished me for squirming from the extreme pain telling me I was "only making it worse." Inexcusable in my opinion. I can't speak highly enough about Dr Waack and his staff. He took great care in making me feel comfortable and addressing the concerns I had in regards to my surgery. His suggestions were right on and I feel just beautiful! Thanks again Dr. Waack.
