My daughter visited Dr. Vernick for wax build up in her ear and I absolutely concur with other reviewers who say his billing person is rude and has no idea had to send through insurance. She also doesn't return calls.

I made an appointment with Dr. Vernick due to my Tinnitus issues. He advertises (online) that he’s a Tinnitus specialist. He took down all my personal information on his computer then on my second appointment, he turns to me and says “There’s nothing anyone can do for you, as Tinnitus is something you have to live with”. You’ve got to be kidding me ! I asked him why he advertises himself as a Tinnitus specialist, and then makes the appointment to tell his patients that there’s nothing he can do. A simple scam to obtain health insurance money. If you have Tinnitus, don’t waste your time at Dr.Vernicks’ office. I made an appointment with Dr. Vernick due to my Tinnitus issues. Terrific Doc!!!

Dr Vernick has done several operations related to my BAHA. Anne has been fantastic to deal with as well as Marge at the front desk.

Unfortunately, my ear has been a constant problem for me since childhood. The history is too much to list here, but anyone with any sort of problem with their ears or head, should pay a visit to Dr. Vernick. After 50 years, I finally have a dry ear, thanks to his expertise, follow through, and dedication to his patients well being. He never gave up, and neither did I. It is truly a miracle to have a dry ear, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr.Vernick.

Needed to see an ENT Doctor and was able to make an appt the same day with Dr. Vernick. He was exceptionally pleasant. Introduced himself then asked why I was in to see him. Throughout the whole exam Dr. Vernick explains what he sees and what the procedure will be. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Vernick MISDIAGNOSED AND had his office bill incorrectly to BCBS. His office staff are the worst group of medical personal I have EVER used! They are rude and don't listen to the patience, they just shove forms in your face. Dr. Vernick is more interested in matching his tie to his socks than diagnosing his patience! When I tried to ask for more information and clarify my condition Dr. Vernick didn't seem to have the knowledge. Stay away from this doctor is my advise!

The several hours I had to travel paid many dividends. The audiologist, Dr. Rush, was totally focused, professional and thorough. After being that well treated by Dr. Rush, I thought there would be a a decline in my comfort level with Dr. Vernick. I was totally wrong. Dr. Vernick reminded me of the "old time doc", a physician who had his fingers on the emotional pulse as well as the radial pulse. I absolutely recommend both Dr. Rush and Dr. Vernick.

Dr. Veronica is a wonderful caring and compassionate doctor. He has helped with my balance and vertigo issues. You can feel confident in his diagnosis and followup care.

My operation and recovery were pain free. I had no blood loss, no scaring, no complications of any sort.

I had the BAHA procedure (I call it the "Snap!") done in August and got my new hearing aid for it in November, I couldn't be happier. The really great part though is Dr. Vernick and his whole staff. First Dr. Vernick is so knowledgeable and kind you feel at ease the moment you meet him, not to mention his funky socks! His staff goes out of their way to help you in any way they can. Lastly, Ann Gentili-Stockwell, Director of Audiology is the BOMB! Also very knowledgeable and is a bundle of energy! All around wonderful experience with this group!
