Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have many different treatments options for pain including regenerative medicine.

DR. Velling is being cautious and letting me, the patient, lead in my health decision with him.

IT is great to finally speak to a interventionalist who listens and is clear about the expectations regarding insurance coverage and when we can do the procedure i would like. Prior MD's were like we will do it and process your insurance but if they do not cover you will have to pay the difference. It would be nice to know this information up front. It was also great to have a MD who listens regarding the fact that i have had several interventional procedures so i already know which ones work or do not work for me and the fact that he listened and was like then lets not repeat those that dont work, and move forward. Excellent service from the Doctor, very caring and friendly when conversing with me. He is also very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. Doctor Velling takes the time to hear you out and hear about your concerns. I just trust him completely!

I had a great visit with the Doctor. He thoroughly explained himself to me and he also covered areas that were explained to me by Doctor Martin. He wanted to to know when my back surgery will be and that he wants to follow up with me after I’ve had surgery. I have seen this doctor for years for different issues. I had a tele visit and neither of my computers would do picture or sound. They were patient with me while I sent the link to my phone and we still we on time. They have been instrumental in helping me get a new dorsal spine stimulator so that I can have an MRI. They follow through with everything they say will.
