I saw Dr Speach in 2011 for spinal issues in my back and neck. I had numbness and tingling going down my right arm. He stated to simply take Glucosamine and leave it at that to handle my issue. For the next 3 years I had to deal with this and eventually sought a new surgeon once the issues became unbearable. He did a x-ray and MRI which ultimately revealed a severely herniated disc that needed to be removed due to the damage done to it over the years. immediately after my surgery with right arm regained feeling and sensation. Had Dr. Speach ordered the imaging I requested at the time I could have prevented this surgery. Hi disregard for my wellbeing was atrocious and he ignored my symptoms as "in my head."

Dr. Speach couldn't be better. Knowledgeable, thorough, caring and concerned. I have complete confidence in him. Very pleasant and took as much time as I desired with me.

He's a good doctor. He isn't very talkative; he likes to think before he speaks and he wants to figure out all the possibilities before he rattles things off to you. He doesn't doesn't express emotion, which can come off as a bad bedside manner, but he is more socially awkward than anything else. He treated me quickly, gave me multiple options, never rushed my appointments, great follow up care.... Also, he will take his time explaining anything you ask about. When you are with him, you are the only patient he's thinking about.

Didn't ask any questions. I had to do all the talking. Seemed like he was in a hurry.

this is a terrible office. The doctors are not free thinking. They only follow each other. They are arrogant jerks and could care less about the patient, making them wait until they are ready to see YOU.
