My husband is a patient of Dr. Synder. My husband had a stroke and has been in the hospital since Monday. Dr. Snyder has NOT returned his calls. I tried to call today; the office was closed tho it was not yet 5 pm; and the so-called covering doctor line, where I was hoping to leave a message, was full. This is unacceptable. It has gotten to the point where the care is not quality. I am very dissatisfied with the service that I have received. Virtual visit is not for seniors. Point blank

Wonderful experience

The entire staff is AWESOME!! Beyond professional on many levels!!

Very knowledgeable and thorough in his field of neurology. Made me feel comfortable, and follows up on results. Thank you Dr. Snyder.

Good at his specialty of MS but otherwise dismissive of issues. Doesn't look to go the extra effort to actually connect with the patient and figure out what is going wrong. Just says to see a different doctor or that it is in your head. Just performing the basic neurological exam and sending people on their way isn't good enough - more effort to figure out whats going on is needed here rather than just being dismissive.

Everyone is super nice in the office. Dr. Snyder was excellent at making me feel at ease and was knowledgeable about his field. He was very patient and made referrals for me to see other specialists. He double checked with his assistant to make sure I get the earliest appt. I had been to 2 other neurologists before and I would 100% recommend Dr. Snyder. I wished I went to see him first. I have been going to Dr. Snyder since 2016. He is extremely thorough and makes the time to know his patients and their life styles and priorities in considering appropriate treatments. He does not shy away from providing detailed information and is nuanced in his approach. I have a high degree of trust in him and his team.
