It was obvious that every person in the process, from the receptionist to the nurse walking me to the car was well trained. I was confident that everyone would do their job professionally and i was in good hands.

It took a while for me to communicate directly with Dr. Schultz. Once I was able to speak to him, it was clear he had reviewed my chart, and understood my medical history. He had several questions and was clear in explaining his plan for me. I went into the procedure with confidence in his abilities. The outcome was great and I am living much more comfortably now that I have the implant.

I am so pleased with my experience with Dr. Schultz. He is very passionate about is work and is very good at it.

"No Pain, No Gain"! I feel better each time I go! Using all the tools they offer really helps in the method of using medication less and less and finding relief through other means or alternatives such as physical therapy, support with mental/emotional help and different procedures! Glad I went!

If I could give a zero, I would give a zero. If I could give a negative 10, I would give a negative 10. Run away from this clinic before you step in the door. You might have a cordial first visit with Dr. Schultz like I did but you will never hear back from him. Just as bad, the nurses never answer the phone. Ninety percent of the time you will get voicemail and will never get a call back. If you happen to get a human being, they will be unable and unwilling to give you any information. They don't care about your pain. I highly recommend you find a pain clinic that knows what they are doing and cares about patients. My pain level is higher with my implanted pain pump than it was before the pain pump.

Dr. David Schultz has treated me in past years and is now treating me at the present time. He has been giving shots in my back and I feel some relief on an ongoing back problem. From all kinds of various solutions, Dr. Schultz is the only that I have felt little relief. I highly recommend him and the NURA Clinic. I also highly recommend his staff as they are very knowledgeable and helpful during the treatment times.

He is wonderful. I can walk, but my spine is starting to hurt and my legs are aching again, but not as bad. I believe I may have over done it. I wasn't quite sure how long I was suppose to wait before I did anything, but it sure felt good

A nightmare,he said I neeeded a spinalcord stimulator,had it done,and the stimulution did not go whereI needed.after many months of pain,I seen a different doctor,who said the leads were in the wrong level to help, he moved them,and I finally got the stimulation that was expected.

Professional and awesome care

First time and I was scared to death. Dr. Schultz was so knowledgeable and reassuring. Put me at ease. The staff was exceptionally nice and comforting too.
