Dr. Richardson was very personable My feet are arthritic, and I have terrible bunions that are very painful. He examined my feet and offered alternatives. He explained outcomes and possibilities. He gave me his nurses card and encourage me to call if necessary. This was a very pleasant first visit.I didn’t feel rushed and was given the opportunity to ask questions.

I have been seeing Dr. Richardson off and off for my feet since 2013. I don’t want to see anyone be but him and his team for my foot care

I had surgery on both feet.. Dr Richardson was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do… great bedside manner … I would highly recommend!

I was greeted with smiles as I made my way to the desk. I wait only a few minutes until the Dr came in. He listened to what I had to say, asked several questions and he told me what was wrong with my foot. I have been a patient there several years and have always got great service.

He is a very good surgeon. He did remove two of my pins for my ankle that had been in there for almost 20 years. It has not bothered me since and when my foot does bother me I wear a small brace. I recommend anybody to him that has a foot problem or ankle problem.

I broke my ankle two months ago and have seen Dr. Richardson three times at Campbell Clinic. The offices seem full of patients, but the staff and doctors are always professional and personable.

Doc is very busy, he may be in and out within 5 minutes, but he can tell you everything you need and do until you come back and recommending. He's will be my foot Dr.

I just had a 2nd follow visit up for an injury post ankle replacement surgery. Dr Richardson is very pleased with my progress and says that I am healing well but, in my mind, there is one area that is an issue, and still causes sharp pain. Dr Richardson did an evaluation and listened to my concerns. He did not brush me off. He listened to my explanation and he has ordered tests to see if we can get to the cause of the problem. So on my next visit I am sure he will be able to tell me what is going on in that one spot. I have the utmost confidence that he can get answers to my questions after these tests and this issue will get resolved. I also would like to say that Dr Richardson did my ankle replacement surgery and I could not be more pleased with all of my presurvey visits, hospital experience, and post surgery visits to his clinic. His staff is very helpful and courteous. My surgery was life changing. My quality of life has improved greatly.

I had been having sharp pains in my foot and after preliminary visits and physical therapy, I saw Dr. Richardson, where we discussed potential therapies for my foot. We both agreed that surgery would be only if necessary and we went with a ultrasound guided shot in my foot by the bone calcification. Two weeks later, I am for the most part pain-free and hopeful that this was all that is needed. My visits with Dr. Richardson never felt rushed and I felt as though he listened to me and took the time to explain my condition.

I have and will continue to recommend Dr. David Richardson to anyone! I have been a patient of Dr Richardson’s for 5 years beginning in 2016 when Dr Thorderson, from Tupelo, MS had referred me to Dr Richardson. I had injured both of my ankles pretty bad requiring multiple surgeries throughout the years. Dr. Richardson has a wonderful bedside manner! He really listens to any questions or concerns you might have without seeming rushed at all. Throughout the 5 years and multiple surgeries on my ankle I have only GREAT things to say about Dr David Richardson. Also, Jennifer, his assistant, is wonderful! I could never say enough good things about her either! I am so grateful and blessed to have received such great care by Dr Richardson & staff.

He is courteous, always ask how I have been in regards to my problematic right ankle especially, but have broken both numerous times. Told me the findings revealed in the X-rays done at this office visit and how it relates to my complaints about ambulation. He asked me how the new shoes and orthotics are helping. Am I using either the compression sleeve or the lace up? Asks, always, if I am managing my discomfort and do I need some anti inflammatory meds. Dr Richardson has really helped me also with measures to alleviate further discomfort with exercises at home with this ankle.

Good response to proublem

Took plenty of time with me to discuss the problems I am having with my foot and the plan for how to make it better. Very good bedside manner and inspired confidence in me that he was concerned about my concerns and knew the best treatment for it. Would definitely recommend him to my friends or associates who need help with foot or ankle issues!!

This guy stung me out for 2 years doing nothing then cut off my 5th metatarsal and little toe and stitched it up so poorly that it massively drained twice after the surgery before I could get to my bed. Now it is infected and is gapping wound 4 months later - would not recommend

Dr. Richardson is one of the best! He's very down to earth and honest with you. Good new or bad news, he tells you what needs to be said. No sugar coating anything. And that is what I like so much about him.

Dr. Richardson was great and yes I would recommend. He listened even in a very busy environment; which is one of my pet peeves. He didn’t just say what I needed, he stated what he found snd what would help; then asked if I would be okay with it. Staff was ok, but could be less mumbling when questions are asked in the room and be more supportive for him. Overall great experience with Dr. Richardson.

Broken leg including surgery. Dr Richardson is a very calm and mild mannered physician. He explained everything and is into listening also. He and his staff have been wonderful. Especially the surgery center in Memphis where I went. Best surgical experience of my life. I am even healing ahead of schedule. Thanks!
