Dr. Ramsey has improved my life significantly. He adjusted my neck in a very gentle, effective way. I had a painful, stiff neck for years from a car accident and after 1 adjustment plus a laser treatment, I felt so much better. My neck is completely pain free. I can't begin to say enough good things about Dr. Ramsey & his practice. I originally went to him for a horribly tweaked neck which he treated to almost 100% in one visit. Because my experience with this injury was so good I continued to visit him regarding some other pain I was having in my back. Not only am I feeling SO much better after a few months of treatments but I have also started utilizing the functional medicine aspect of his practice. I've uncovered some other issues I had going on and have found out some remarkable things that have been truly life-changing for me. Dr. Ramsey is extremely knowledgeable about what he does. He stays up on current research, continues to learn new things and is extremely informative. He gives his full attention to your visit and walks you though anything you might have questions or concerns about. His wife, Donna, who runs the front desk is also absolutely fabulous. She's one of the most warm and friendly people I have interacted with. She is also on top of all billing, insurance and scheduling questions. I have been a patient of Dr. Dave’s for at least 7 years. Long time! Over the years he has treated me for shoulder and neck issues, knees, hands and of course kept my spine in alignment. I had over exercised my knee while conditioning to hike the TMB (Tour du Mont Blanc) and that in turn triggered my osteo arthritis. It was just 4 weeks before my planned departure and I was in pain and hobbling. A friend referred me to Dr. Ramsey and he was so kind to get me in right away. He created a biweekly specialized recovery plan for me including warm laser treatments. It is now my final countdown week and I am able to walk and do strengthening exercises. I am very pleased with the improvement to date and although my knee could still use more therapy I will be going on this trek which is more than I dared to hope just a few weeks ago. Wow, what a place, what a guy and what an experience. I had a bad case of tennis elbow that counted to get worse over a couple weeks. Then I found David Ramsey, he was eager to get me treated and shared solution to expedite my healing. Using chiropractic, gua-sha, and laser treatments my pain diminished quickly. I could have healed faster if I didn't Aggravated as much with my work as a fabricator. I continue to use gua sha at home, and go back to him for regular adjustments. If you want a straight shooter, one that truly cares for your wellbeing then Functional Medical Center is the place to go. I have gone to see Dr. Ramsey 3 times over the past 6 years with successful results each time. The first time was for a toe fungus that I just couldn't get rid of with OTC drugs. I was hesitant to take internal drugs. After 5 K-laser treatments (painless), and Dr. Ramsey's OTC medication, the fungus was completely gone. I couldn't have been happier! The second time I saw him was for shoulder pain due to overuse from tennis. This time I needed about 10 treatments to get back to being able to play tennis without pain. The most recent injury was posterior tibial tendonitis in my foot. Again, I didn't want to have a steroid shot, or a more costly treatment (not guaranteed to work) suggested by my podiatrist. I have just completed 7 K-laser treatments and I am 99% pain free, and back to playing tennis. I'm confident that the last 1% will go away with time. This is a relatively uncommon sport injury, so Dr. Ramsey and I put our heads together to understand the cause and decided what parts of my foot/leg should receive the focus of the laser. (The pain in the foot was actually caused by tendon in the calf). Both Dr. Ramsey and his wife, Donna (at the desk), are warm and caring people who want to make your pain go away! I had strained my right knee while doing a lot of walking on uneven ground and was waiting for a referral to an orthopedist when I made an appointment with Dr. Ramsey. He is one of the most personable professionals I've ever been treated by. His state of the art approach to health is both refreshing and effective. I received several laser treatments on my knee that were both painless and unbelievable successful. By the time I met with an orthopedist a few weeks later, my pain was gone and my knee felt 100%. I went in for some various health issues. He spent a long time with me for a complimentary appointment making you feel obligated to pay for a follow up. Do not give him your money up front. Go find a different doctor to help you with your ailments. Way too costly in the end

I had a slip and fall incident that caused quite a jolt to my entire body. My neck felt like I had whiplash, my thoracic burned and the pain just continued all the way down my spine. ONE visit and my neck was completely back to normal as was my thoracic. I had to go back a second time for my low back, but now it’s even better than before I fell! He took the time to teach me some stretches so my low back wil stay in good shape without having to continually return for treatment. Needless to say I am a believer! I went to Dr. Dave as I was having sporadic, sharp (sciatic) pinches during the sixth month of my pregnancy that were keeping me from my daily routine and work out regimen. By my fourth appointment with laser therapy and adjustments I no longer experienced the shooting pain and only required monthly adjustments! Dr. Dave's knowledge and experience was completely reassuring and his gentle demeanor made me feel quite comfortable. Do not give this man your money up front. The complimentary first appointment will get you in the door. The follow up is more costly than ever. He will spend time with you convincing you he can help with ailments other than his Chiropractic background should allow.

I went to Dave because my brother had a heart attack and I was worried about my own blood flow and the possibility of a heart attack. I knew of Dave and he suggested that I come in and he could run some tests. He used a endocardiograph and used clinical nutrition to improve my cardiovascular health. His spinal adjustment were right on too. It's nice to work with someone who's at the top of his game, educated, genuinely cares about my health and took the time to explain the process and results. Dr. Ramsey has been great! I've been seeing him for the past 10 years as I have a tendency to put my body through a lot of stress. He helped me tremendously through marathon training, adjusting my hips and spine as needed to help combat the impact of my long runs. He helped me yet again after the birth of both my children. I took quite a beating during birth and had the worst headaches imaginable. After one adjustment to my neck, my headaches were gone! I honestly can't thank him and his lovely wife Donna enough for helping me through some of the toughest experiences of my life. Now, I see him to help keep my body in alignment to prevent injury and discomfort due to being an active mom of young children. I've been a cyclist for a few years and always had back pain on the bike. I spent some time off the bike due to a busy schedule and started getting adjusted during that time from Dr. Ramsey.
