Receptionist in Dr. Potash’s Office was very rude to us on the phone when we called to advise that we were running late because our car navigation system wasn’t working properly. Our appointment was at 3pm, we called at 3:04 to let them know and she said it was too late that the doctor was already performing a procedure... I asked how he could be performing a procedure when he was scheduled to see my father at 3pm?! She was very rude and we could hear the doctor screaming in the background that it was too late... Really??? Only 4 minutes after our scheduled appointment?!! Very rude medical office, we will never go there as I would never want my 88 year old father to see a doctor and staff with such rudeness and disposition... Dr. Potash and his staff are wonderful! The office is bright, cheerful and clean. I highly recommend!

I was thrilled with my appointment. Thankfully my foot will heal with time and no surgery is required. Dr. was very friendly and easy to talk to. Appointment was quick with no waiting and everything was done right in office, no running around to an outside appointment for an xray. I am a happy client.

I went to Dr. Potash with severe bone spurs. I had no referral and went on his review ratings only. I'm glad I did. I'd give him 6 stars if I could. He is very personable, caring and gentle. He had to cut the bone in my big toe and I wore a surgical boot for a month. I went back every week for 6 weeks where he re-dressed my foot and offered advise & support. I can't believe my scar is almost gone and my foot feels great 8 weeks after surgery. I would recommend Dr. Potash to anyone with foot issues.

I had an appt here two weeks ago and when I arrived I noticed the main reception area was cluttered along with the fact the Dr sits in front with staff desk piles high with paperwork unorganized . I continued too wait for my turn when they called me back the heavy set receptionist was putting items in trash while she put me in the exam room. The exam room is filthy!! Stains on floor, rust on garbage can. The worst was when the dr came in and took his foot callus tool out of a gray box and wiped it with a piece of towel, it was not sanitized then proceeded to try too use it on my foot. He also tried selling me sneakers with orthotics I don’t need orthotics!! I DO NOT recommend this Dr and it seems the majority of his patients are handicapped. I am now filing a complaint with his NPI number and taxonomy number because this is unacceptable!!!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Potash for years. He is a caring and kind person. He is well known in the medical field and I for one would recommend him to anyone. He’s the best.

They squeezed me in same day for my ingrown toenail and the procedure was super quick and painless. Everyone is very friendly, doctor was great, highly recommend!

Dr Potash is a great doctor. He did surgery on my feet and couldn't be more satisfied with the great work he did. He takes his time and explains everything in detail. I would highly recommend Dr Potash.

He removed two of my bunions years apart. He understands that this is a painful procedure and he does the best that he can to make you comfortable. He works with your schedule and he really build rapport. I recommend him to everybody.
