Mr. David J Nowicky

i had a wonder experience with dr. nowicky he took great care of me during and after an exicsion procedure he talked me through the procedure and made sure i was comfortable and okay which was a major comfort to me he and the staff are so, so warm, welcoming. frendly and easy to talk to... the office is immaculately clean and the atmosphere there feels very inviting, peaceful and healing i will definitely be go back for all my dematological need and or placticical needs.

Had a cyst removed from my back under the auspices that draining it would only result in it eventually coming back, surgical removal was needed for permanent solution. I proceeded with the surgery. The cyst filled back up in the EXACT location as the previous cyst so during another procedure by qualified plastic surgeon I asked him to look at the new cyst. He told me, "it appears he did not get it all". I consulted with Dr. Nowicky to seek removal again. As I was questioning Dr. Nowicky how it had returned, it became clear he did not like being questioned. I explained I was just trying to get educated about the physiology of these cysts as I thought surgical removal was permanent. He then stated this was a new cyst (exactly under the scar of the previous cyst). I am not a doctor and cannot prove/disprove what he told me but wanted to understand what had happened. I took his explanation at face value but upon trying to reschedule the surgery I was refused. Lesson: Don't question the Dr.

I had a horrible experience in this office today. Falicity Goggin treated me with no respect and embarrassed me in front of the entire office for no reason. I am writing this email for my own personal records. I have asked numerous times to speak with someone in HR or a compliance officer, my pleas have gone unanswered. Furthermore, failure to respect patients is a violation of my rights, and HIPPA protocol was ignored when the incident took place. I have a medical grievance and I also have a right to be heard. I will take further action. I want to apologize to Dr. David Nowicky for having to get caught in the cross-fire, but he undoubtedly will protect his workers as any supervisor would. I asked to speak with him in the office today and was ignored. I would like to resolve this peacefully and not have to file against Dr. Nowicky. When I asked Falicity to speak with corporate or her supervisor she replied “I am corporate!” She called me at 7:34 am as I was in the parking lot looking for the office and told me that as long as I was willing to wait that they would see me. I said “okay no problem I’m 300 ft away”. When I brought up this phone call, she called me a liar and told me that no one called me. I pulled out my phone for verification and she stared at me befuddled. Then I asked why she was treating me with such contempt and embarrassing me, to which she said “I’m calling the cops”. Looking back I should’ve stayed and gotten a police report of the incident. I was in tears from embarrassment and I left. The other nurses behind the desk would not give me any of their names or information. I waited patiently from 7:37 am to 8:58 am when I left the vicinity. I have never been treated so rudely by women in a doctors office. Falicity wanted to reschedule me and I told her that I was fine with waiting. Then I told her that this would be the 4th time they have rescheduled me since I made initial contact with this office at the end of January. My first interaction with Falicity, in the office, was when she said that I had an issue with my insurance. I complied and got my insurance issue taken care of as soon as it was brought to my attention. Falicity, had a slight attitude explaining the issue to me, but I kept my calm and resolved the matter, and quietly and patiently waited to be seen. I understand that I was 7 minutes late, I had problems locating the office and your website says you open at 7:45 am. After an hour and a half this was when Falicity told me they were going to have to reschedule me. I am a single stay at home mom and had make arrangements for the day. Everything that happened has upset me greatly. I should feel safe in a doctors office, and instead was called a liar and yelled at. No matter what Falicity is going through personally, there is a time to be professional and her job is in customer service. I felt that as soon as she saw I have Medicaid her prejudice and rude behavior towards me began. I am a person just like her, but I don’t take my emotions on innocent people. Dr. Norwicky and his staff go above and beyond to determine your dermatological issues and resolve them as little discomfort as possible. He operates a caring, safe and highly professional practice. My twin teenagers like going there as well!
