Just amazing at how organized, thorough, friendly, helpful and informative everyone was. I received the best and most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Everyone explained in detail what was being done, and what my results were. At every stage of my visit, they would provide a timeframe. Just amazing visit! I definitely recommend this group!

Arrived in the office during my appointment and taken cared off right from the start. Bella checked me in and Diego was the first technician who saw me. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. From the time I walked into the lobby and until I walked out after my appointment, it was a very professional experience. Everyone from Tyrell that checked me in...to Big Sean who was the first technician I saw...everything went smoothly. The next technician was Laura...very professional as well. I then saw Dr. V. and the scribe Ashley. They were extremely attentive and explained step by step what to expect. Very important to me. Every person I encountered during my children’s visit was so friendly and professional. I really appreciate it the extra care they took since both of my children were nervous about getting their eyes dilated. I am happy to say Herman put them at ease and they went through there exams with flying colors. Then, they got to meet Dr. Holliday who was super! Today was my son’s first visit. The wait was a bit long but that was expected they were quite busy. The staff from the incoming of his office were very professional, welcoming and kind and carried on throughout the remainder of his visit. Once Dr. Mittleman came into do the exam he was nice informative yet gave my son a very clear understanding of his vision and his condition. Him and his staff made us feel comfortable. I truly appreciate it.

I recently had cataract surgery with intraocular lens implants performed by Dr. Mittleman. I was far from being an average patient as I was extremely nearsighted (-14 diopters) with astigmatism and some prior retina damage. One of the first steps is to get accurate measurements of the length of the eye and the topography of the cornea using sophisticated measuring equipment. This turned out to be a problem as I had very dry eyes and some scarring on one cornea. I ended up having superficial keratectomy on one eye to smooth and resurface the cornea and we finally were able to get good measurements. Because of my degree of nearsightedness, there were limited options for suitable intraocular replacement lenses. Dr. Mittleman recommended the Eyehance Toric lens and we proceeded with the surgery. I am very happy to say that all turned out better than I expected and I now have better than 20/20 vision in both eyes. Dr. Mittleman and his team were always enjoyable to work with.

Wonderful experience. I didn't have to wait long and was assisted to each station by a very friendly staff: Cody, Ava, Katy, Charliz and Tyler. Dr. Mittleman answered my questions. I never felt rushed.

My Mother had cataract surgery with Dr. Mittleman 2 1/2 years ago and had amazing results. We were there for another yearly follow up appointment and were not disappointed. For the past three years I have been going to Dr Mittleman’s office. Haven’t had the opportunity to meet him in person, but I will say that his staff of doctors and musical assistants are great. My doctor has beef Dr Fair and he is awesome. I look forward to my visits every time. Keep up the excellent work you’re doing.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Since my wife and I are deaf and they were very accommodating to our communication needs. Dr. Mittleman spent quality time in explaining my condition. Wait time were reasonably short.

I was a new patient. His staff was welcoming & made me feel comfortable. I had an appointment with Dr Middlemen to get a 2nd opinion. The Doctor was thorough with his exam. He gave an excellent evaluation of my condition. I felt relieved. I have an appointment for January of 2023. The doctor will continue evaluating my eye conditions. At this time, no intervention is needed.

I have seen Dr. Mittleman for several years now and am very pleased with the entire experience. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and seem to really care for their patients.

I did not enjoy the visit with Dr. Vasiliauskas. She did not introduce herself or why did I have to be seen by her. She examined my eyesight with two clicks on the right eye and two clicks on the left eye. She departed without an explanation and I had to wait about 15 minutes, standing, by the checkout. Not happy with Dr. Vasiliauskas.

Visited on February 11, 2022. Such a smooth operation. Jax checked me in and told me that I would be there about 1.5 hrs for my visit. A few minutes later Alex took me back for the preliminary exams. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing in detail. Dr Middleman saw me next. He examined my eyes, went over all my results and answered all my questions. Miranda walked me up to the desk and Kinsey checked me out and set up my appointment for next year!! What a good visit!! I really like this whole staff!!

I had a very nice visit with Dr. Mittleman at his Jupiter office. I was seen promptly by the technicians who performed routine screenings on my eyes so that Dr. Mittleman would have necessary information before examining me. I was very comfortable with the Covid-19 precautions that were evident at every step of my examination. Dr. Mittleman was thorough in his followup and explained the current state of my eyes and what changes I could expect in the coming year. Everyone from check in to check out, and in the optical area, exhibited a caring and professional demeanor. A first class operation.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mittleman for 10 years. His office is very very efficient. All the staff is courteous, accommodating and technically proficient. His processing of patients is well oiled and the care and concern by all is like none other. You deal with 8 different staff members as you move through his various hi-tech diagnostics before you see the Doctor directly. Everything is clearly explained and communicated by all the technicians and the Doctor himself. A very caring practice.

Dr. Mittleman has one of the most professional operations I have seen in my medical care history. From check in to check out I found everyone on Dr. Mittleman’s team to be courteous and professional. I highly recommend his practice.

Super visit- Dr Mittleman and staff are so helpful

Terrible- I have been treating with Dr. Mittleman for 10 years and he is great. However, today I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and per the text I was to hit a link or text "arrived" and wait in my car. I did the link, received a "success" and waited. After waiting for over 20 minutes,I sent a text asking how much longer? A few minutes later I received a text instructing me to complete a portal with in my name/ DOB and prove that I was not a robot. I then went into the lobby waited another 10+ minutes only to be told the dr would not see me today because I was late and rescheduled me to mid April. I was to see Dr. M in Dec for my 6 month check up but the office rescheduled me for 2/9- now by mid April it will be 10 months. Frustration beyond belief.

My questions and concerns were answered patiently and competently in terms that I could understand. The transition from one test area to the next was smooth and unrushed which was helpful as I am an older patient. Dr. Mittleman and his highly trained staff take exceptional care of our most precious sense, vision. The staff including Rayzzah at check-in; Sean Musa, the technician, who did the preliminary testing; Jason who scribed for Dr. Mittleman during the examination; and Kinsey who checked us out complemented the outstanding medical care of Dr. Mittleman.

I have been going to Dr. Mittleman for several years now. I wouldn't "see" anyone else. Eventually I will have to a cataract surgery and I'm depending on him to be there for me! He is the Best!!!!

My experience as a new patient has been comfortable and informative. Dr. Mittleman listened, explained and helped me in my treatment plan. His staff is friendly, well trained and efficient. I have confidence that my treatment will be effective and look forward to our association.

Dr. Mittleman’s office in Jupiter runs very smoothly . Check in took about 1 minute and I was called to be seen by the technician within another minute. Testing was quick thorough and I saw the Dr immediately after my eyes were dilated . He is professional yet personal and had good news for me. My appointment time was 2:10 and I was out of the office by 3:00 This is in stark contrast to my previous opthomologist where I never got out of the office in less than 3 hours.
