Dr. David B Lumsden

Staff and dr are awesome

I have been seeing Dr. Lumsden for over 40 years. He has done surgeries on my knees many times including a knee replacement. I would recommend him to my closest friends! (and I have) Angela and staff are a plus to his office.

Absolutely great, pragmatic, and honest doctor and surgeon. Would not see another orthopedic surgeon.

Kathy said it succulenty, the BEST. I have worked/taught at 5 major Medical/Surgical University Affiliated Hospitals -so I have been exposed to many Surgeons and regular MDs. Over the last 30 years I have had the good fortune to of been a patient of Dr. Zia Zakai and now Dr Lumsden. Dr Zakai SAVED my leg after a triple fx and having to crawl 2 blocks at night to my home. Dr Lumsden has kept me walking and standing after being hit (out of the blue) by a rare and dangerous (highest mortality of all Arthrities) form of Arthritis. My experience with him was awfull , Had knee pain , mri showed tendinitis and mild minuiscus tear. Arthroscopic did not help felt like it made it worse , very few words said about recovery . Was pushed to walk early . Iam still in pain . Still in therapy. Gel shots with no lidocaine injection first was horrible.

Dr. Lumsden is the best, wouldn't have trusted my knee replacement to anyone else. His staff are always pleasant and go above and beyond to help you.

Dr. Lumsden is extremely professional, intelligent and very talented. He keeps up-to-date with the latest medical technologies/ advances. He is very truthful, honest & very direct with his diagnosis. I really feel that Dr. Lumsden truly has my best care in mind, treats me as an individual and does not see me as an opportunity to increase his income. I highly recommend Dr. David Lumsden for all orthopedic needs

Dr lumsden has helped me with several injuries over the last 20 years. All of his diagnosis were spot on and the treatments he provided helped substantially with my quality of life. I highly recommend Dr Lumsden.

Dr. Lumsden has been my ortho for about 20 years - I have seen for everything broken bones, torn ligaments and pulled muscles! He is awesome - no bull kind of doctor and tells you straight! I would recommend Dr. Lumsden over and over again~!

I was recommended to him by a friend, best decison! he is great, explained things, and made me feel comfortable.

I have been dealing with Dr. Lumsden for many years. For several different joint and muscular issues. I'm rough with myself and beat my joints up quite a bit. Dr. Lumsden knows what you're going through whether you have a demanding job or your injury from sport-related or working out. He's right there with us all. I have referred several people to him and they love him and it was all positive feedback. Just seen him this morning it was a positive visit and he took care of business like always.

Dr. Lumsden is very knowledgeable and down to earth. When speaking with you, he makes sure that you understand everything, he doesn't just speak medical mumbo jumbo. He explains EVERYTHING! He operated on my carpal tunnel and a couple other things in my right hand, other than the natural soreness, I regained feeling in parts of my hand and arm I hadn't felt in a year!! He's awesome! Absolutely the best!! Thanks Dr. Lumsden!!!

Recommended to me by my brother, so far the best decision I have made regarding my health care providers. Extremely knowledgeable in his field and explains things in ways that I can actually understand. With some doctors you feel like they just want your money, Dr. Lumsden clearly prioritizes patient recovery.

My first time seeing him was great. He was very nice great attitude great with his patients. He had done surgery in my hand and very concerned about making sure his patients are feeling better with very little pain. I would highly recommend him to everyone. Plus his staff are excellent.

I saw Dr. Lumsden for shoulder pain. He promptly diagnosed my problem and counseled me regarding the condition and effective treatment options. I found him to be straight-forward and trustworthy. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

He took over my care for my knees when my doctor gave up his practice. He is very busy, however he takes the time see to your treatment.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor, Dr. Lumsden was great. he explained the plan for my care. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

He is humorous, professional. He did real greater job on my thumb. He is over greater doctor I have. I recommend to my intrepeter to call him.

He is a terrible doctor! I saw him for workman's comp for my shoulder and he didn't give a damn about me at all. His only interest was getting me back to work as quickly as possible, despite the fact I wasn't ready to do heavy lifting, and doing so rendered me in near delirious pain. Forcing me to work with an injured shoulder is what contributed to the shoulder being so bad now 3 years later, basically it never healed as it should. I ended up having to go to another doctor to get real treatment

Dr. Lumsden and ALL of his staff were totally perfect!! Everyone had nothing but a warm professional attitude and if I EVER had to have orthopedic work done with NO hesitancy it would be here!!! Dr. Lumsden was able to explain, step by step, what would happen and what I should expect in the months to come. EXCELLENT job by them all.
