He did laser treatment on my son. He burned him, caused an infection that required IV antibiotics and a morphine drip for pain. He then blamed the laser company - he should have assessed the area after each zap.

Dr. Low is a great pediatric plastic surgeon. My son had cryptotia from child birth which prevented him from wearing glasses. Dr. Low did an amazing job fixing his ear. He was very attentive and had great bed side manner! I highly recommend him for prediatric plastic surgery.

I had a Keloid that would just kept coming back. He tried a few different things until I was old enough to decide if I would do radiation to completely get rid of this horrible scar on my neck. It was been years and my keloid has not come back and I am no longer in pain.

Dr.Low was an excellent doctor with accurate knowledge! This is Shyamaladeepika Penmetsa, mother of a 7 year old girl Saanvi. My daughter has been suffering from hemangioma under her eye from birth. We returned to India and started showing her and she underwent a surgery in india and also embolisation. Firstly the diagnosis itself was wrong and embolisation is not required and she underwent a series of scans which are all not required.she underwent this mess from age of 5 years and lot of blood work. She was very much upset and so are we as she is a small child after all this hell her surgery in India was a failure and she was left with a scar because of the wrong diagnosis and embolisation. We approached Dr. Low at CHOP on feb 1 st 2019 and he came in with a team of doctors and he said it’s hemangioma and not AV Malformation as per the documentation done by doctors in India and her treatment was wrong and she need not undergo embolisation that left the scar . He did the surgery on 7 th feb and it’s was only 1.5 hrs surgery and my daughter was sent home the same day. The team was very very nice . The surgery was done in Bucks County, Chalfont, Philadelphia. Our Family is very much thankful to Dr.Low. My daughter did not undergo a single scan not any blood work etc... Before entering the surgery room my daughter had an interaction with Dr.Low on what they will do and how etc.... he made my daughter very comfortable and explained her everything with a smile always. The follow up was also excellent and he spent a lot of time with us and told us what all we are supposed to do etc.... I think the other comment is in reference to a different Dr. LO plastic surgeon. This Dr. Low is a pediatric plastic surgeon. He looked at our 2 month old child's cleft palate with delacacy and care. He was attentive and very responsive. He took the time to explain what state our child's specific condition was in. A horrid doctor the type you'll have nightmares about post-surgery . What our with your children . The most evil physician or person I've ever encountered . Choose another heed my warning . I don't say this lightly

Unbelievably talented surgeon. The results he achieved are far beyond what I hoped for, just pure artistry (in real life he is also a gifted artist). He is also compassionate, caring and generous. You can consider yourself fortunate if he is your doctor.

The guy on this photo is not the same doctor that works at Penn and Chop. If you look on the University of Pennsylvania Hospital site there is a photo of Dr. David Low who is not this man. Concerned user.
