I came to see Dr. Leven with sagging large breasts, cup size G. He was able to lift and reduce my breasts to size D. The result was exactly what I was wishing for. First off let me say… I worked in healthcare all of my life and know many many doctors. I went to this man before deciding to have a child and then waited for my procedure until after having my daughter. He is so gentle and caring. I am beyond happy and only 5 days post op. The whole office is radiant. There is no better surgeon. I highly recommend him to anyone. Would give 2000 stars if I could.

Dr. Levens and his team were truly amazing from start to finish! I live in North Carolina and decided to travel for my breast reduction due to his excellent portfolio. I attended my consult, booked my surgery date, and felt quite nervous leading up to it. During my pre-op the day before surgery I was kindly reassured everything would be ok! The morning of surgery I was terrified which quickly changed due to the comforting staff members. The surgery went very smoothly and I woke up feeling great with no pain, grogginess, etc. I recovered quickly and was able to fly home to within weeks! The remainder of my appointments were via FaceTime or the patient app where I continued to receive great care. I had a minor complication and Dr. Levens even attempted to connect with local surgeons to resolve my issue. I’m now three months post-op and I couldn’t be happier with my results! Dr. Levens listened to what I wanted precisely (size, position, etc.) and delivered beautifully. Thank you, Dr. Levens and team! Side note: I had already attended 3 consultations prior to visiting Dr. Levens (2 in NC, 1 in FL) and I immediately knew he was going to be my choice! It is not often that I have no complaints about medical care and I have never written a review. I have been a nurse for 28 years and I know good medical care is hard to find. I put off a surgery, that would improve my life, for over 10 years. I consulted with 5 plastic surgeons between Delray Beach and Hollywood and chose to have my plastic surgery with Dr. David Levens. I cannot express enough how amazing my experience has been. My results are better than I could have dreamed. Dr. Levens has been in constant contact with me during my recovery. He is beyond knowledgeable and has an awesome bedside manner. The office staff is immeasurable. They are willing to help anyway they can. I cannot express enough how supported I have felt through this entire process. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a caring professional plastic surgeon.

The quality of Dr Levens's work and how he shows up throughout the entire process sets him apart from most. His staff makes you feel like family and the quality of his work is exemplary. I feel so lucky to have found his practice. After a significant weight loss, I have returned to him for all of my post-loss procedures. I have actually remained in the state until my procedures are complete to continue to utilize his practice, as I cannot see myself receiving a better experience anywhere else. Dr Levens has amazing bedside manner he is also very patient and caring he made me feel so safe throughout the whole process Best decision I ever made with the best doctor!!! All the girls in the office are so helpful as well!!!

Dr Levens took the time to understand my expectations and delivered above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. He made himself available 24/7 through an app and always immediately responded no matter how small my question was. His staff is top notch. They always made me feel welcomed, called me back right away and accommodated any of my schedule request. I am extremely satisfied with the results. The pain was minimal and very manageable with a faster than expected recovery. He was very clear on how I would look in two weeks versus three months versus six months and so there were no hidden or unanswered questions.

Be very careful!!! You will be disappointed. Seek another plastic surgeon. Overpriced with no results.

I am VERY proud to say that I had a breast augmentation performed by Dr. Levens. As soon as I stepped foot into the office I felt comfortable and taken care of. His office staff, along with him, are very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and have GREAT communication. The office itself is clean, a good size, and in a nice location. As someone who has never been under anesthesia, I was pretty nervous. I called and emailed quite frequently with my concerns, Diana and several other staff members helped calm my nerves and gave me reassurance that I was in good hands. I want to start by saying that Dr. Levens is an amazing surgeon! I had gone to several surgeons to get a consultation and kind of get to know the surgeon. From the moment I first went to the office, the whole staff was very welcoming and kind. They were able to make me feel very safe from the start. I admit I felt nervous the day of the surgery but the whole OR team was so kind that I felt relaxed. Dr. Levens answered all my questions and my moms questions. He made sure I was okay after the surgery and made it very easy to keep in contact with him. I am post op 6 months and still keep in touch with my surgery. I had an incredible experience with Dr. Levens and his entire office! I originally went to him for a breast reduction after seeing before and after pictures of other young patients (I'm 20y/o) on his website, and he did not disappoint! I went from a 34G to a 34C/D, exactly what I wanted, and I could not be happier. There is minimal scarring and everything looks fantastic. Dr. Levens really takes the time to get to know you and exactly what you want, which truly made the experience even better. Dr was not knowledgeable with fillers or placement of fillers. My face was bruised and swollen for 3 weeks with nothing to show for it. No visible changes after spending a large some of money.

Went a couple months back for fillers and I looked older rather than younger, I should have asked for my money back but decided to not make a fuss. I have friends that have gotten body work done here and have ok results but complain about their customer service.

I thought Dr. Levens was the surgeon for me until he dismissed me because I was made aware of malpractice involving death against one of the anesthesiologists he works with, Dr. William Weisberg at the Surgery Center of Coral Springs. This was brought to my attention from a family member who works for the Florida Board of Medicine once I told them the name of the outpatient surgery center. I called the surgery center and kindly asked if I could speak with Dr. Weisberg about it. Once the anesthesiologist told me he’s not obligated to discuss anything, I told him it was fine and I apologized and said I didn’t realize it was unethical to ask a question. I said to myself, you know what? It’s only one case, it’s not several, so I’m just gonna forget about it. I dropped the subject and still had the intentions of proceeding until he called me back huffing and puffing on the phone and said he wasn’t doing my case. Later that afternoon, Dr. Levens dismissed me and refused to do my breast reduction anywhere else. These are public records and I’ve consulted with several doctors that told me I did nothing wrong. If Dr. Weisberg doesn’t want people asking questions, then maybe he should fight to get it removed from public records. Patients have a right to ask questions especially when their lives are on the line. Dr. Levens didn’t go to bat for his patient. I was very upset at first but I moved on. A lot of doctors don’t understand how terrifying it is for someone who’s a major hypochondriac to go through with a very much needed surgery that’s medically necessary. So I didn’t see anything wrong with bringing attention to the matter if it meant peace of mind, which is why I’ve ultimately decided to proceed with Dr. Levens because of his great reviews and the fact that I did think he was very knowledgeable at my consultation. I’ve since had my reduction with an amazing surgeon and couldn’t be happier, who, mind you, didn’t need to chop my nipples off. If there’s anything I could take away from this situation is do research and be your own advocate. Everything happens for a reason. I just had a beautiful experience at this office. I am a local primary care physician in Tamarac, Florida. I had heard from a colleague that the only place to get permanent makeup was this specific office. My colleague, Dr. Cynthia Alvarez, also told me I must get one specific person, Graciella!!! I am 53 years old, and to be honest, was very nervous about tattoos on my face. I researched extensively online. One name kept surfacing...Graciella, Graciella, Graciella! She has been performing tricks of the trade for 30 years and has the best equipment money can buy! This woman is a total artist, and is personally a total beauty. She must have some sort of true genetic artistic talent combined with a very bright mind. I am book smart, but this woman is not just book smart, SHE IS A MAKEUP GENIUS! She neurologically is blessed with left and right brain talent! SHE USES ASEPTIC TECHNIQUE. I FELT INSTANTLY SAFE! SHE IS FANTASTIC. SHE IS AN AMAZING AMAZING, AMAZING ARTIST!!!!!! To be frank, my eyes are a bit too close together, and are very small. I have very very dark small eyes due to my Italian heritage. I am half Italian and half German...straight down the middle! My lips are thinning, due to my age and genetics! I do not know how she did this, but she made me GORGEOUS!!! I actually cried. She is so amazingly talented and she was so calm and reasssuring. I was really nervous because she had a tattoo instrument right on my eyelids, but her calm voice made me feel safe and secure. And, she is impeccably clean! She managed to draw attention away from the center of my eyes and make my eyes look wider apart. She did something with a black color on my first appointment. Then, 3 weeks later, she used a fine line in the white/gold family color. She applied it to my top lids. My eyes popped! She actually made my eyes look bigger! I am sorry, I am a physician, not a surgeon, but i know that NO FACELIFT ANYWHERE CAN FIX THE SPACING AND SIZE OF YOUR EYES UNLESS THEY ARE HOODED AND YOU NEEED A BLEPHAROPLASTY! Dr. Levens can do beautiful beautiful blepharoplasty and facelift, and I highly recommend him for these procedures. However, he will refer you to his artist, Graciella, for finishing touches! No face lift plus blepharoplasty, alone, can do this! She has the talent of a true sculptor. She can transform your face with tricks of light and color. I’m writing this not even a week after having 360 Lipo done by Dr.Levens. I am very picky so having a doctor who is personable, has a good spirit, and addresses ALL of my concerns is very important to me. Dr.Levens is not only a great plastic surgeon but is also great human. I absolutely am in love with my results. I began searching for a doctor in my area who had the proper credentials and great reviews. I had consultations with 2 other doctors but still felt unsure. After my consultation with Dr. Levens, I immediately knew he was the right doctor. His office is filled with an amazing staff and he patiently answered ALL of my questions. Please do not use this guy to do your facelift weeks after having a facelift my face feel and he said I needed fillers which of course I got at his cost which was 1,400.00. Shortly after he decided that he did not pull me tight enough so after thousands of dollars in pre-op and surgical center fees I had a revision. After the revision I sent hundreds of dollars again in fillers still the same result deflated. You see Dr Levens decided when doing my first facelift to do fat injections at the same time that he was doing a facelift which is also a form of filler that does not last. My question is why would anyone inject a fat or filler in someone’s face when doing a facelift. As a result of Dr Levens injecting fat into my face when doing my first facelift it has severely affected the elasticity of my skin. I always knew there would be some type of maintenance in the way of fillers but certainly not weeks after surgery. If you want a facelift please do your research and don’t go to Levens

Dr Levens did not seem to have the knowledge I would expect with fillers. He needed to have his assistant tell him where to put the filler. It was a painful process that left me swollen And bruised for 3 weeks and there was no noticeable difference after a large sum of money was spent.

He patiently took the time to speak with me, answer all my questions and even came up with a better idea to help me. I thought I was going to have to replace three year old implants to achieve my desired results. Instead, after learning about moving some body fat, this is what we decided to do. The whole practice is amazing from the moment you walk through the office door, the staff is courteous and professional. Dr Levens takes time to listen, and I trust him as my plastic surgeon because he has my best interest in mind. The results from my surgery were very satisfactory.

I met with Dr Levens in November 2019 for a consultation for breast implant removal and replacement, mastopexy, and liposuction. After about 8 consultations with other Doctors, I chose to use Dr Levens for so many reasons. 1. He’s very knowledgeable. I wanted to do an implant replacement (take out the old ones and put in new ones). Dr Levens was the ONLY surgeon that told me I didn’t need implants after removing the old ones because I had enough breast tissue to get my desired size (C cup). 2. For my second consultation, meeting with Dr Levens and Diana(patient coordinator) to confirm dates and procedures, he went over exactly what will be done and how it will look after the procedure is done. Diana was very flexible with my appointments and she’s the perfect coordinator. 3. Prior to my procedure (2/10/20), I met with Dr Levens again, 3 days prior, he marked my body, and once again, went over what will be done and where he will be positioning my new areolas. He’s very precise. 4. Now Monday morning is here, time for my surgery. He was ON TIME. I’ve never had to wait for this doctor for any of my appointments. He’s very punctual. He once again went over all my procedure and made me feel extremely comfortable. Gave me a little “pep talk” right before I went into the surgery room. 5. My procedures (implant removal, mastopexy, liposuction) went well. I woke up in the recovery room and the first person I saw and heard was Dr Levens. I asked what time it was, he told he 2:20pm (I started with the anesthesiologist around 9:24am). Dr Levens stayed with me up until i was wheeled out to get in the car to go home. 6. When I got home, my friend/sister kept in contact with Dr Levens on my progress thru a secure Dr/patient confidential app, which he responded promptly. 7. I went back for my follow up appointment 2 days after my procedure, and was told to remove my bandages prior to going to the Drs office. I was ecstatic when I saw my results. I recently had my breast implants removed, breast reduction and lift, I chose not to put implants back in. This was the best decision for me! Dr. Levens was very supportive of my decision and did NOT try to persuade me to put implants back in, even though, I know aesthetically my result would have been a little better. After having very large breasts and feeling top heavy for so many years, I decided I wanted to feel more natural and have smaller breasts again. I am ECSTATIC with my results and Dr. Levens did an AMAZING job! I am very active, I like to play tennis and do yoga and feeling more natural is so much more comfortable for me. "Some people just don't have good results.... that's just the way it is" That is what I got from Dr. Levens. Had my first breast reduction/lift surgery in Nov. 2018 (my appt at the last second was cancelled by him which ended up to be horrible for me) We had gone over exactly what I wanted. We seemed to be on the same page. I wanted size C, round perky breasts, a huge change from the DDD/E I have had my entire life. The result, was saggy banana shaped breasts with skin hanging under incisions on both breasts, and maybe size D... I was devasted.. Could not even look at myself in the mirror. He was unphased. Finally after months agreed to fix them. Again, we discussed fixing the shape most of all and getting rid of the skin hanging. My honest feeling (although I was still stuck with paying the surgical center and anesthesiologist again) was that since he wasn't getting paid, he would do the minimal which is exactly what he did... The result... my worst nightmare.
