My visit went smoothly and everyone at the facility was polite and friendly. Dr. Lessman was informative, professional and very personable.

Excellent experience. I felt like he was the first doctor that actually talked to me.

I've had the pleasure of being provided care by two different doctors at proliance orthopedics. One for my shoulders and the other for my leg. The most recent care was given to me by Dr Lessman. Very enjoyable to talk to and understanding of my needs. I am appreciative to him and his staff for their professional and kind care. I would recommend him without hesitation to any of my family or friends.

He was very informative, he answered questions that I had and I felt confident with his answers.

I was welcomed with friendliness, understanding, and humor by both Dr. Lessman and his assistant Ian. They prepared me for the injection and made me feel at ease.

Had to get injections in both knees(pretty much bone-on-bone). I have to say I was worried about it being painful but there was minimal pain. Injections were 5 days ago and my knees feel SO much better! Thank you Dr. Lessman!

He was very informative and kind. He was also great at explaining everything he could do for my knee. And I really appreciated his explaining exactly what he was going to do before and or as he was doing it, so I wasn't unpleasantly surprised. He also did not pressure me into doing one thing or the other in terms of my treatment.

I always feel like I’m in great hands with Dr. Lessman. He takes his time to review my chart, explain everything and listen to my concerns. I appreciate that he explains all my options and the best path forward. I do wait a bit whenever I have an appointment but now I know it’s because he’s always so thoughtful and takes his time with each patient. Every other doctor I feel rushed but not Dr. Lessman. I really appreciate each visit and would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a knowledgeable and thoughtful doctor!

Dr. Lessman and his staff have always been very professional while also being kind making my appointments comfortable and successful.

Really an experienced, knowledgeable, caring, and discerning doctor: the exact kind you want performing a surgery. I appreciate Dr. Lessman, his type are a rare breed.

The pre-registration was easy and made my initial visit quick. I waited in lobby only 5’. The MA and X-ray techs were pleasant and thorough. Dr Lessman showed me the X-rays and went through the issues with clarity and care. Great visit and experience!

I thought he was great. He answered my questions and did a thorough assessment. I am excited to see if the pain injection works along with the recommended exercises. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Lessman was very knowledgeable and put patient care above all else. He understands the struggle that youth athletes go through and their desire to play….even when injured. He speaks the truth and doesn’t tell you what you want to hear, he tells you what you NEED to hear. Fantastic experience.

Dr. Lessman is solely focused on you and your specific concerns. He listens and offers options. I really feel like I am now on the right track to resolve medical issues with my knee that I have dealt with for over 10 years in more of a temp solution sort of way. Highly recommend.

Dr Lessman took the time to understand my daughter’s fears about her injury not healing right and possibly impacting her ability to keep running. He listened went above and beyond caring about the whole person. Great experience!

Dr Lessman is hands down my favorite ortho Dr. He explains things so I understand the pros and cons to my injury in a way that is easily understandable. I always walk away feeling that he has my beat interests in my mind. I see him for two separate injuries. He is amazing and I highly recommend him! :-)

Dr.lessman was amazing every single time I came in to see him! Appreciate all he did for me!

Dr. Lessman and his team were very attentive and thorough. They took their time and answered all our questions. We highly recommend them!

I was referred to Dr.Lessman due to a hockey injury and he has been great throughout the entire process. He was very communicative during my initial and follow appointments, explaining the pertinent biomechanics and explaining what was happening and why. I can’t recommend him & his staff enough.

Dr. Lessman has treated me for sports injuries, plantar fasciitis and a sprained ankle. He has an inquisitive and friendly manner and he takes his time to thoroughly examine the area in question. He makes sure I understand all aspects of my injury and how to treat it. He has referred me to physical therapy when I needed it but doesn’t push any unneeded treatments. Dr. Lessman is fantastic. He listened to my issues with my arm, and after a thorough examination diagnosed me clearly. He answered all of my questions with patience and gave me instructions for moving forward. The office was well run, and the people at the front desk were very nice. It was such an overall excellent experience!

Dr. Lessman is efficient and compassionate. My daughter presented with a hip injury and I was impressed when he asked me questions but looked at her face for answers beyond what he was asking me. His diagnosis and treatment plan were conservative and effective.
