Dr Lau is a professional who really cares about his patients. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Always gets back to me during and after office hours. Grateful to have him as my cardiologist.

Dr. Lau is the best doctor that we have ever seen. My mom is very fortunate to have received his care during May this year when a lot of the doctors’ offices were closed due to pandemic. During the office visit, Dr. Lau demonstrated excellent bedside manner. He also remained very accessible and accommodating after the office visit. He responded to all of our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We truly appreciated his time and patience. Dr. Lau also possesses great medical skills. He explained the test results in clear manner and most importantly he prescribed the right medications which had helped my mom alleviate her symptoms. He was also very open and honest about the medication’s side effects. I found Dr. Lau to be a very trustworthy doctor. He is also very kind and caring. His willingness to spend his personal time to address patient’s issues or concerns is highly regarded by his patients. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs medical care.

Dr Lau is really nice, he answers your questions even when you are not his patient, I would recommend Dr Lau to anyone. I don't live in the country, I wish I can find someone like Dr Lau in where I live.

Dr Lau is my dad’s cardiologist, he is very knowledgeable in his field, and he gives his patients a lot of attention and shows care of patients overall well being. What a gem for the Chinese community!

Excellent doctor with great bedside manners. I came to see Dr. Lau with my husband who was in the emergency room a few days before. Dr. Lau was very detail in examining my husband's complaints and equally patient in explaining his conditions. Very professional and knowledgeable in answering all my concerns as well. I would highly recommend this doctor to everyone.

Dr Lau has been our family doctor for over a decade. Besides than a board certified bilingual practitioner who has over 20 years of experience in internal medicine, he is gentle, tidy, detailed and considerate. He remembers my family medical history and makes me feel at ease during every visit. Even though he's always busy, he tries his best to answer all my questions and patiently listens to my bragging as well as my feedback in terms of his given advice or prescription(s). I believe that his medical information are sincere and not for the sake of selling the drug. The consultation fees are reasonable and he would not overcharge for his services. During the times when I have to pay out of my pocket, he provides discounts (upon request) and drug samples to help me out. Although it didn't make a big difference, I feel appreciated because the price reduction is only given out to his long-term valuable clients. I like his new office (less than 2 blocks radius) because it is much cleaner and roomier as compared to his old location. The staffs are always nice and cheerful. Unlike other clinics, their customer service team is polite and helpful regardless in-person or by-phone. I notice that they are really trying to assist instead of directing the inquiry to other parties and diffusing their responsibilities. One thing I do not enjoy is the waiting time. I always arrive there prior to my appointment and yet, I have to wait for at least another half hour for my turn. Why are they letting the walk-in patients (who arrived 5 minutes before me) to be seen first? What is the point of scheduling an appointment then? I understand the fact that Dr Lau has a huge list of clients but I have to say that such action is unfair and he needs to improve on his (appointment) time management. I have seen Dr Lau for almost 12 years up to date. Overall, I am pleased with his service throughout the years. I trust Dr Lau and I would highly recommend Dr Lau to anyone! I was referred to Dr. Lau from my primary doctor, due to my palpitations and heart condition I was told I needed to see a specialist. Dr. Lau's receptionist were able to squeeze me in same day and Dr. Lau is extremely kind and intelligent. He scheduled me in the same week for a pacemaker insertion at Beth Israel Hospital, I feel great! You never know how important it is for me to have seen Dr. Lau and had this surgery, my kids tell me everyday how lucky I am. I'm only lucky because of Dr. Lau.
