Dr. Ko is a wonderful physician. He is very caring and is aware of my history and current status. Dr. Ko listens well and takes all the time needed to address my issues during the appointment. I am grateful to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Ko is a very personable and thorough doctor that treats you as a human and not just another number. He remembers me and my husband every time we come in and provides excellent care. Highly recommend him as a PCP.

Dr. Ko replaced my last GP when she retired. I have found him to be an outstanding physician in every way. He listens to what I say to him and shows a real interest in my health and well-being. The first time I saw him, it was obvious that he'd familiarized himself with my chart before seeing me as he knew about me before I told him. He has sympathy for the health issues I have and wants to work with me in a way that works for me. He is truly one of the best.

Dr David Ko deserves to be in the Best Dr's Dallas Magazine. He was briefly my Doctor around 2019. He moved to the other city. I just followed him. He understands why a patient is reaching out for attention. Cares for his patient. He is quick to respond. He does not wait 24-48 hours to respond to your request. I will recommend him to anyone anytime. We need more Dr's like him. He listens, understands takes the time to understand and shares plan of care. Keep it up Dr Ko your rewards will come. The staff is awesome.

Dr Ko is great but Texas Health billing is terrible. We have been trying to get a bill paid since April. Several calls made to the billing department and each time I thought the problem was solved until the next month when I received a bill. My insurance company gave me a fax number so Tex Health could fax then the EOB but Oscar at Tex Health billing refused to take the fax number because they would only send the EOB's electronically. Love Love Love this office. I have an exceptional physician by the name of Dr. Jo! It's fairly easy to schedule appointments and ask questions, they have a App. Robin is great too.. Overall, I'd refer anyone here because of the convenience and atmosphere.

I brought my elderly father in law in for an office visit. He has some trouble remembering everything about the visits and likes to have me there to make sure everything he needs is taken care of. Well, I totally understand COVID, however the nurse has no manners whatsoever!!! At first I couldn’t be back at room because of a paper I didn’t receive when entering the office, and then once I got the paper and answered all the COVID questions, I made it back to the room finally. The nurse proceeds to tell me that I need to leave when Dr. Ko comes in the room. So what was the issue of getting the paper if I can’t stay anyway??? I, nor my father in law, have COVID or any symptoms and we live in the same house each and every day which we told this nurse. I will be searching for another provider for both of my elderly parents in law. Obviously this office doesn’t understand family dynamics or even care to. So if you have any thoughts of bringing your loved one to this office, don’t think you can be with them... or maybe I was just being singled out.!!! Either way we are done with this office as soon as a new doctor is located!!! Maybe they should find out why when it needed we are not allowed to assist our elderly parents when needed!!! I’m so grateful to have Dr Ko for my doctor! He’s extremely thorough and makes sure you understand what he’s doing! I look forward to many years with him as my PCP

Dr. Ko is the first family physician my entire family actually likes. He's attentive and follows up after appointments.

I’m not a fan of going to the doctor (who is, right?) but when it was time for a long overdue well visit / physical, I picked Dr. Ko out of a hat based on in network status, location, and positive reviews. I lucked out big time. The whole staff was great during my visit, Dr. Ko spent time with me and made me feel heard and seen (not just like another number or waking copay.) My elbow had been bothering me and he was able to perform a minor procedure to treat on the spot. Labs were received super fast and I received a follow up call from Dr. Ko to review the results 24 hours after my visit. The BEST Dr. deserves and has the most efficient office staff. Prompt follow up of procedures and recommendations by Dr. David Ko. So glad I followed him to the Colony - from Denton definitely worth the drive.

Hopefully Texas Health will go under . Six drs originally now down to three with none of them knowing what they are doing

Dr. Ko is the BEST. He's fantastic. He's thorough, explains everything very well, and is extremely knowledgeable. Very friendly! I would recommend him to everyone and anyone - kids, adults, Dr. Ko is just an all-around great doctor.

I used to see Dr. Vollenweider at this clinic, but since he's now retired I thought i'd give Dr. Ko a chance. I have to say that Dr. Ko's personality is very similar to Dr. Vollenweider's. He's young but he listens and is really thorough. My family and I will continue to come to this clinic.

Everything a great doctor office should be. To start with I was able to get a person on the phone right away which is great I hate all those menu most of them make you go through. Then I was able to get an appointment the same week (I am flexible with my time) how amazing is that for a new patient! Upon arrival the front office staff was so nice and friendly (just like they were on the phone). My insurance is a real pain and they were still able to figure it out. Dr. Ko is one of the good ones. He always takes time to listen and I always feel better after leaving his office. His staff are also polite and helpful. I will continue to see him as long as he is at this practice. Would highly recommend.

I am very picky about the Dr’s that I see and Dr. Ko really exceeded my expectations. He was really thorough and listened to every concern I had. I've been having an ongoing issue and Dr. Ko gave really good medical advice to continue to pinpoint my health issues. He came across like he truly cared for my well being rather than making me feel as if I’m just a “number” to him. His medical assistant, Daisy, was also excellent. Thank you both for making my visit pleasant.
