Very very nice man but very very busy office. Definitely doubled and triple booked. Definitely ran like a very busy business. Undoubtedly you feel rushed. However, he's a good doctor I suppose. I don't have a very serious situation. I like him personally but I don't like the waiting. I waited 95 minutes for a 5-minute or less rushed conversation about the most important things in my life, my health. But, I trust him and that if I had a more serious situation, he'd be the guy to go to.

He saved my life in 2016 , the first time I had an appointment with him he knew right away what happened to me he ordered an MRI 3 days later he called me back ordered other MRI with contrast when I went for the results he send me to ER and talked to the neurosurgeon that I needed to have a surgery ASAP because I had a brain tumor... He always is with a smile very caring, smart Dr. He knows everything about his patients... God bless him... The wait time it's worth it, he is an amazing Dr. ... My insurance does not cover anymore, but I'm still see him even if I have to pay for my appointment, I trust him and my health it's priceless. I'm alive because Dr Kheradyar ....

Kheradyar needs to stop taking in new patients cause he already has a lot of patients he needs to help. The receptionists are rude. It takes forever to get an appointment and be seen.

I truly have found a Dr who cares in the LA care system. Dr Kheradyar is a gem, an old fashion type of doctor who doesn’t rush you out the door. However it is extremely difficult to get through on the phones as there’s only 1 girl per doctor in the office at times.

I am (Anthony Stone ) blessed to have Dr David Kheradyar as My Neurologist. I have had Epilepsy for 64 years starting in 1957. Doctor is attentive when you reach him and see him in person for appointments but staff can be a bit stand-offing or inattentive when trying to reach out for assistance. Not a bad review for all staff but there have been 1 or 2 that have spoken to myself and the patient with an attitude.

I first appointment I need to waited for 2 months ???? when arrived i waiting for 45 minutes, i explained what happened to me and he sent me to do MRI for me neck, then give me appointment again for almost one month , I came back waited for 30minutes and he asked me what happened to me, was frustrated for me and I passed the copy of my MRI and he sent me again to other MRI for me lower back , and give me appointment again, 4 appointments pay copay and now he didn't do anything ???? Mixed reviews on here &other web sites. Everyone has different experiences. Also it is said..phone is not answered often. True. Voicemail is"provided," but possibly not listened to. (was told) So don't leave a message. Uncertain if MD doesn't get some messages when left with staff or he just doesn't respond. So if you don't get a response in a few days, try again. Also heard staff say and was told, they are short staffed. That "should" mean once in awhile. (not all the time.) People reviewing blame the staff. MD is the leader. Some reviews said how he listens. Guess maybe he listens to some, not to others. On one site, the person felt it was their level of insurance. Possibly. No matter what insurance, MDs are getting paid. Ideally became MDs to help people and treat people with dignity no matter who. "Treat others the way you want to be treated." Neurology is usually not a "routine" visit, people need help from the professional. When appts running late, no one says anything.

Hope you like waits in excess of 2 hours... Also don’t be late or have to reschedule an appointment cause they’ll drop you from care. I had to miss ONE because of work. Even called 24 hrs in advance.

Dr Keradyar is a amazing Dr i always look forward to my appts to see him.He is kind and takes the time to listen to his patients i am so lucky to have him for my Dr. He is the best! Janice Coaxum!????The entire staff is terrific!

One of the best and more attentive doctors I have ever been too! Unfortunately my new insurance doesn’t cover me there or else I would only be going to him! But I 100% recommend this place! Make sure to make appointment before you leave the office though as they are always pretty busy and it’s hard to get it, which shows that people obviously like going here for their needs! Impossible to get a call back to make an appointment. Left a message before hours. Once open all you get is incessant ringing and hung up on. Looking for a new doctor!!!!

The medical system in LA is rather a joke. I've been trying for the past few months to schedule an appointment with the doctor and the office keeps putting me on hold I give them my referral number they keep me on hold until the office is closed and I have to call multiple times or the line disconnects. All they say is the doctor is unavailable for months and months and then they put you on hold again to check the soonest appointment within the same year yet you're just left on hold until the line disconnects or you get transferred to a voicemail that never returned your call. Great doctor, good staff. I feel well taken care of and that the referrals given are time-worthy, but THE WAIT IS INSANE! I’ve never been placed in a room in under 90 minutes, which includes additional wait time once placed in a room. I’m aware that physicians need to overbook to meet overhead expenses and to anticipate low payments/reimbursements from insurance companies, but the insanely lengthy wait is truly burdensome and raises the question - how badly do I really need this care? Dr. Keradyar is a wonderful doctor. He actually does the testing for MS and doesn't kust grab his prescription pad , he is very thorough! He is straightforward and speaks plain English to you, not at you.He has given me hope again!

Awesome dr. He actually runs test and doesnt dismiss what your going through. He was very thorough and its only AFTER he runs all the test that he will say it might be something more simple. Really great doctor. I have been seeing him for 10 years. He is thorough in his assessments. He listens to all your concerns and takes the time to give a thorough response. If you have new issues, he strives to get to the root of the cause. He is never dismissive or arrogant in his communication. His patients needs are his priority. The best thing about him for me is, he is not a pill pusher. He prescribes treatment that work best for the patient.

Impossible to make appointment. Nobody picks up the phone when you call, and after leaving voicemail message, you never get a return call. WORTHLESS! AVOID!

Dr. Kheradyar takes his time explaining one's condition and answering questions clearly. He does run behind in seeing his patience, but that is because he is so caring and makes sure you are taken care of before leaving you. I prefer to have a Dr take his time with each patient, than a Dr who does half the job and rushes in and out. I have been very pleased with his diagnosis and his treatment plan. We need more Drs. with his care. Schedule the first appt. of the day to be seen on time.

Staff is friendly and efficient - Dr Kheradyar is not all sweet and nice nice but extremely focused on getting to the bottom of the problem with patient (me) and calls with results as promised - good at reducing my anxiety of serious health issues happening and so far assures me there are good treatments available to treat condition - really can't ask for more - and would recommend him to my own family and friends.
