Horrible customer service. Had to cancel due to a medical emergency and when I called back they said I need to seek treatment elsewhere. Don’t waste your time here. * response to below comment. I " no showed" to this appointment that day because I had to go to the ER due to a car accident , ( I was hit by a car that day) . I called the office the next day to explain what happened and they just dismissed me as a patient even though they already had my 80$ deposit. I even explained to them I was willing to pay another deposit but they wouldn't hear me out. My father is a doctor in the Sacramento area and has been for over 30 years with an immaculate reputation so I know what go bedside manner and Dr. Kauffman's staff has none. I cannot speak to the skills of his surgical expertise but it was clear from the start I was willing to drive 40 min out of my way to make this appointment and had no control over what happened to me when I could not make it. I have been going to Dr. Kaufman’s office now for three years. Recently, I had another IPL treatment with Michelle and am always amazed with the results. My skin glows for months, is noticeably smoother and my sunspots gone. Prior to my treatments, Michelle will ask me if there are any areas that I want her to target. Michelle is all about the results and wants to make sure that I get the most out my treatment. I also have had dysport injections with Michelle multiple times and love the results. Michelle knows EXACTLY where to inject the dysport to give me the best results. The other thing I love and appreciate is, Michelle listens to what my goals are with keeping my skin looking great and has provided me with options to keep me on track. There are no high-pressure sales going on. I feel like Michelle has my best interest at heart and I trust her implicitly. Every treatment I have received, I have been extremely happy. I am a 33 year old mother of two toddlers. Proud to say that i breast fed. I have had benign fatty tumors in both breasts since the age 15. These were huge, lemon sized. Being 5'3 and 130 lbs with a 34B bust, I knew once the lumps were removed my breasts would be gone as well. So I scoured the net for a plastic surgeon who would remove the lumps as well as a breast lift and enhancement in one procedure so I wouldn't have to undergo two surgeries and wait to heal in between. I searched for months , but hadn't seen anyone I felt I could trust so I gave up for awhile. Time went by and the lumps began to deform my breast so I couldn't wait longer. This time I found Dr Kaufman.. if you're reading this then you are lucky to have found him too! What a god send. So many patients and all the positive things they said ,I went online and emailed their office immediately. From point of contact to following up after my surgery, this place has truly exceeded my expectations. Kaufman agreed to help me and remove the lumps and perform my breast lift/enhancement. I was really nervous, I mean this is a huge decision and could effect the rest of my life if it went wrong. They were so helpful and understanding. The procedure went great. Now ladies, while I was healing I was thinking the entire time my breasts weren't big enough. Honestly I was disappointed at first. I thought they were too small and where the incisions were I was terrified the scars would be forever visible on my fair complexion. This entire time my husband is reassuring me that they're perfect and look great, but I just didn't feel great. I didn't know about the drop and fluff! They really do settle down into the pockets and take on a fuller look. I was not thrilled until couple months before my 6 month follow up. By then they'd dropped and my scars are incredibly almost gone, in fact they will disappear completely with more time I'm sure. So if you are contemplating breast surgery or looking for a Dr you can trust look no further! I had an arm lift in July. My arms were so bad they were a constant embarrassment to me. I'm so glad Dr. Kauffman was recommended to me. He has superior skills as a plastic surgeon. Julie Calcagno does amazing work. I made an appointment to fix the arch of my eyebrow, correcting some work done by another office. I had a great experience as it was a quick and easy breast implant exchange surgery with no nausea after surgery. The office location is moving soon as this location is too small for a Surgeon that is so busy due to his skills. I am so happy with my experience on surgery day. Dr. Kaufman is not only an incredible surgeon, but he is calm, caring, extremely knowledgable, and very professional. My son just had an abdominoplasty surgery and was amazed by the results.
