Dr. David J Kaplan

Doctor David is professional and helpful. I was bothered by fungal problem and with his patience and help, I’m on my way of recovery!

Dr Kaplan was recommended by another great Podiatrist in the area. I was advised to go to the ER as my foot needed surgery ASAP. It was late and I didn't expect to meet him but he came almost immediately. He stayed with me at least an hour. I trusted him instantly. Every appointment I've had I see he is this way with everyone. 5 Stars !

Wait for 50 mins after my appointment time and not got any care at all. Not recommended. This place is a joke

This place is the total joke. I waited for 50 mins after my appointment time and the staff was really rude and clear didn't care at all. Avoid at all cost. Worst experience ever.

I have found Dr. David Kaplan thorough and dedicated. He is attentative and personable, as well as knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

I chose this place because the reviews were good on google. I was fooled by (most likely) fake reviews, because none of it matched my visit. I made an appointment over one month ago to get my feet looked at. Today, Sept, 2020 at 4:30 I showed up for my 4:40 appointment. After calling and getting my temperature checked and was given paperwork, I waited and waited and waited. 5:40 came around and I decided to leave because who wants to wait an HOUR or more to bee seen for an APPOINTMENT. I put my shoes on and walked out of the patient room to see Mr Kaplan sitting down in another room, on his phone, minutes after his assistant reminded him that I was there. On top of that, the facility was not taken care of. It was dirty (clearly does NOT get cleaned), boxes and things everywhere and I saw ants running around the floor and on countertops as I waited..and waited. As I walked out, I told the lady at the desk (who had an attitude from the start) that I was leaving because I felt disrespected. I chose this place because the reviews were good on google. I was blessed to have gone to Dr Kaplan before. I was outside in me day last week and stepped on a piece of glass. I thought I took out all of the glass. I started walking around like everything was okay until I stepped wrong and felt the glass poking my foot. Dr Kaplan shave the skin until he found the glass. Dr. Kaplan was awesome. He and he’s wife were real caring and helped me with my Paronychia problem. I had previously gone to the hospital for it but they didn’t do a good job because I still dealt with the same issue. Just a waste of time and money. With Dr. Kaplan he knew what he was doing and gave me the best advice and I definitely feel like the infection on my today is definitely healed from now on. Dr. Kaplan was awesome. VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL PERSONNEL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! Receptionist lacks the customer service, I called regarding a verification of employment for a previous employee and was hung up on more than once and was told to stop harassing and calling there office!! Harassing? for a verification of previous employment request and calling to follow up on the request that was faxed to their office? RIDICULOUS!!! I don't recommend anyone going to this unprofessional, unsatisfactory work ethics and kind of business that has this unprofessional crazy personnel!! I hope DR. SILVIA E. I appreciate Dr. Kaplan, he is very personable and dedicated to his patients. However, his staff, I am told is his wife, is very unprofessional. My client and I needed a simple RFA to initiate PT, and she informed us that, " my husband is supposed to do it". That was the first line of unprofessional conduct I observed. Little that I know that I was thrust in the middle of a marital power struggle. As a nurse case manager, each time I called back to request about this referral for PT, she would put me on hold and yell over the phone, " David, did you do the PT RFA for [patient so and so]?" 3 weeks went by without a request and treatment was delayed due to this back and forth between husband and wife. This is really sad to relate. I kept on calling and apparently they were both out on vacation for 10 days the second week. The third week with out the referral, I call about it and the secretary/ wife tells me that, "sorry, we've been on vacation and our office was closed for 10 days". To me, this is not fair for anyone who is making a recovery and unable to work or maintain their normal life due to their injury. I expect better treatment from a health provider and professionalism is essential. As far as the referral for PT, we finally received it in a month after it was initially prescribed.
