Dr. Johnson listens and asks good questions. Since his move to Billings Clinic his staff is also helpful. You will need to plan ahead as he is usually booked solid for the next 6 months. His cutting edge approach to medicine is easily understood and helpful. He has been my doctor for 15 years.

I have been a patient of Dr Johnson's for 5 years to treat my thyroid issues. He has always shown me kindness and concern as I've dealt with my problems and he has been open to trying different approaches in my treatment.

dr. Johnson was very friendly and listened very carefully. He asked very good questions to get to the bottom of what was going on. Very insightful and knowledgeable.

Apparently courteous staff who answer the phones is not required. Rude and aggressive staff. Unable to get an appointment with any physician in the clinic because clearly whoever triage the referrals knows you more then you know yourself without even calling to ask you anything. Would not recommend him due to the fact he won't even see you based on him not having the info. Front desk lady should learn manners and what she is talking about .

After 3 months to get an appt. through the VA Choice program, my consultation was canceled twice, the phone “always” goes directly to voice mail. When faxes were sent to the front desk for the process to acknowledge the approved and received referral there was no response. Confirmed approval for (2) appointments clearly, a referral pushed forward from my doctor requiring the expertise from and Endocrinologist, due to my individual circumstances. To get denied a appt. and start back at the VA.
