my grandma loves the office, but the Catalina lady is VERY RUDE. I was not able to understand her because of her super heavy accent and asked her to repeat herself and she just snapped at me.

They need to be more professional and clean the office..and the first thing they ask you is the payment be for you go inside..they did a bad surgery on my wife. He put a screw and he say that the screw was going to brake by him self never dit!!!!..we went to a real specialist..now my wife is doing better

Dr. David Heath embodies many admirable attributes, he has superb knowledge in the field of podiatry, a positive attitude towards his job with integrity, dedication and is always going far above what is require of a doctor to achieve success with complicated cases as that of my husband Carl Catalano who is a Type 2 Diabetic with Liver Cancer. For over five years and numerous doctors Carl’s right foot had a large circular open wound with two types of infections, this lead him as an inpatient at Memorial Miramar Hospital where we met Dr. Heath. This exceptional individual performed phenomenal surgery on a foot that was clearly on the path to amputation, always protecting his wondrous work by making sure all nurses followed his instructions for wound care. As a podiatrist, he performed amazing and astonishing treatments on Carl’s right foot miraculously restoring it and as of July 22, 2020 wound care was discontinued. We are incredibly grateful and appreciate the outstanding care received from Dr. Heath; today my husband can finally wear normal shoes again and is able to walk without the disturbing pain he had for so many years. After various disappointing doctors and failed experimented treatments and unsuccessful research studies from other offices we were graced with a Podiatrist who literally performed a miracle and gave Carl his foot back. We only wish we had found him sooner! Also his staff is very attentive, considerate and thoughtful always tending to the patient’s needs. This doctor is by far the best podiatrist. I had bunion surgery done by her and her husband and I cannot thank them enough. They know exactly what they’re doing. I no longer have constant pain and I can finally wear heels! I had a big balance with them that I was not able to pay right away. They helped me out with a reasonable payment plan and I was able to clear my balance making monthly payments. As for her staff they are super welcoming and very nice. They will work with your schedule and make sure you are reminded of your appointment the day before. I had a good experience with Dr. Heath! Staff always collects payment up front before you see the doctor. Now they’re sending me to collections for a co-pay they don’t have a record for. Do I have a receipt from last year? Of course not! You just lost a patient.

Just left their office after waiting for over 40 minutes (I should also add that I drove over 30 minutes after leaving work 2 hours early). They waited till I showed up to “verify my insurance” to which they could not get confirmation that my share of cost has been met for the month, even though Medicaid has clearly processed and approved me for open Medicaid till the end of the month. I even logged into my FL access account and showed the receptionist girl, and also was on hold with Medicaid myself to offer her confirmation. She stated the doctor told her it was basically a waste of time because it did not change what they saw through their portal. I was LIVID, to say the least cause now I have to leave with my agonizing ankle and foot pain after my ER visit hearing all these “great” things about this doctor who would help oh so much, but quite the opposite. Was admitted to Memorial Hospital due to an injury to my toe that occurred 7 weeks ago. Developed an infection which turned to gang green. Dr. Heath performed the surgery and had to remove the toe. He is a excellent Surgeon. Would recommend him to anyone.
