He was very knowledgeable but it seems like he was not listening when I was telling him how I was feeling. He seemed upset that I wanted to leave the hospital when I did but it was the best decision although I know he won't admit it

Dr. Hasselbacher saved my son’s life when he had life-threatening pneumonia. I will always be grateful.

Treated me really awful prescribed me a stimulant after saying I had narcolepsy which is more likely sleep apnea and I had a bad reaction to the medicine and continued to call the office and never got a response and ending up having breakdown and trying to commit suicide

Dr hasselbacher is very businesslike, but, I respect his knowledge & career endeavors. I trust him to know medicine & what is best for patient. He maybnot be warm & fuzzy, but, he truly is a scientist absorbing data about the patient & processing it continually

She asked me if I wanted to GO HOME AND DIE, because I refused her crappy medical advice. Getting kickbacks from oxygen supplier, only explanation for her pushiness.....

Dr. Hasselbacher 's first visit was satisfactory he ordered 2 test 1 in days the second was 2 weeks out for a CT. Then at my 6 week return I got the NP who was useless to talk to. She said computers were down so they couldn't see scans. They put test results up on Mynortinchart right away that I really liked. I had printed out the test results with 4 diagnoses and 3 possable issues that needed to be checked further. She glanced 2 seconds no time to read them but did not address anything. She kept asking me if I have poly mastocytosis that does not exist. I have Mastocytosis, Polycythemia. They were supposed to schedule a OX Sleep study last time but did not. She did order more blood work and a cardio pulmonary stress test. Said for me to come back in 6 weeks to see Dr. and get results of test. At receptionist we got nothing scedueled and 6 weeks visit turned into 7-1/2 weeks. I called 3 days later and nothing scheduled yet. I have reacurring prostate cancer that has probably spread.

I had an initial consult with Dr. Hasselbacher. He is probably the least friendly doctor I have ever had an appointment with. I felt like I was just another "number" for his day. My consult lasted a total of about 5 minutes! Never shook my hand in meeting me, nothing. So impersonal. Makes you feel pretty low for sure - not a caring doctor. I will say that the receptionist and nurse I encountered were very nice and professional.

Dr Hasselbacher was instrumental in saving my life. I was hospitalized in late January 2018. After being treated for pneumonia my kidneys & other organs began failing. My breathing was quickly getting worse and Dr Hasselbacher began running numerous tests. The results were finally in late on a Friday night. He had an infectious disease Dr in my room late the same evening with treatment beginning immediately. Dr Hasselbacher never gave up and I am eternally grateful. I was hospitalized 30+ days

Dr Hasselbacher is a fantastic Doctor. He provided exceptional care to my wife when she was recently hospitalized with a rare lung infection and ultimately ended up in intensive care. He kept our family informed and worked diligently to get the best treatment plan arranged for my wife. Our entire family is thankful.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Hasselbacher. The whole experience was great. My appointment started promptly. His staff were all polite and professional. He spent time evaluating my medical history, explained my plan of treatment and ordered medical tests for me. The scheduler arranged a chest X-ray and a series of pulmonary tests for me this morning at Norton Brownsboro Hospital. I was finished at 11:15 and in my car.

Dr. Hasselbacher is a good doctor, but his office staff at the Norton Healthcare Blvd. location is very incompetent. When I call it's rare that they answer, and when a message is left they don't return the call. They have told me things that's not true about my insurance and pharmacy as I called the insurance company and pharmacy myself. I don't have any other choice but to find a new pulmonary doctor. It's really sad because I think he and Dr. Parrish are good with patients.

Absolutely the worst physician I i have ever seen. Does not take the time tjme to ezplain anything, the office is completely unprofessional, they're so behind always -- you wont Be seeing the physician until you 1.5 hours after your appointment. No one takes care of the PAs. Definitely not going back to this physician.

This doctor besides not giving eye contact nor interested in relating to patient did not Seem to care about questions from the patient. His eyes were focused on His Laptop and gleaning information that would contradict what the patient said. His only human response was when he got a cell phone call and said excuse me. We will not be back!!

Not too impressed with his interpersonal. He seemed satisfactory as a clinician

absolutely ridiculous office staff -hang up on you -will not listen but talks over you and reminds you that you are rude... wonders why patient gets frustrated when they hang up on them staff can not do their job right...bills wrong insurance company for MONTHS will tell you you have the wrong office and then directs you to a number in sleep medicine that is only a " Leave a message " total waste of time attempting to get things straightened out billing office will not follow thru inquiry

God brought Dr. Hasselbacher into my life about 4 yrs ago in an emergency situation. He diagnosed me w/COPD, Stage 4 after being at B'nsboro Norton Hosp. for 3wks. At that time my body started to shut down -he brought me where I am today. I went to nursing home for 3 mos. then returned to work- I just retired from my job. I tell everyone this is the doctor that saved my life-which he did. In my eyes he is the greatest and the sweetest , he is fantastic!! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Recently I required a hip replacement During the pre op tests a routine X-ray identified a spots my left lung. A CT Scan and PET Scan were ordered and taken along with the recommendation to find agood pulmonaligist. Dr Hasselbacher came highly recommended I was able to get an appointment in 2 days. He recommended a lung biopsy It turned outi had stage one primary non small cell Half my lung was removed last Friday. Amazingly good results. No spreading to lymph nodes I have himtothank for m
