David A. Hansen

Literally the best doctor I have ever had. My entire family had Dr. Hansen as a doctor when he was in Ferndale. He is kind, compassionate, and has an excellent bed side manner. He really listened to concerns, took time to really listened, and always answered all or our questions. His warm presence and honest kindness make him a truly incredible doctor.

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Hansen. He refused to refer me to any specialists. He said he would after I got new insurance. I tried to tell him about my symptoms and that I felt I needed to have my labs followed up on but he was unwilling to help me. I broke down in his office because my symptoms were very concerning but he just stared at me with an indifferent look on his face. I switched doctors but found out he had not put anything in my chart. Terrible doctor.

Dr. H is my Dad's doc - over the last year I have taken Dad all his appointments. This is a Dr. who really cares about his patients. He takes time to listen, to work together on solutions and is supportive of family care-givers. His staff and nursing team feel like they are family. When Dr. Hansen works with you he is totally focused on the patient, direct eye-contact, real listening skills. His diagnosis are bang on, his referrals to specialists are fast and always good people.
