Great dentist and still taking new patients!

The customer service here is awesome and the work they do is phenomenal! The two ladies Jodie and Kathy provided amazing service and went over the top to make sure my visit was great!

My family followed our first dentist from Kalamazoo to Schoolcraft. We were thinking about getting a dentist closer to Kalamazoo, then Dr Habecker bought his practice. We liked his and the hygienist work, along with the atmosphere of his practice. Well, 30+ years later, we do not mind the extra travel to have our teeth taken care of. Very happy with my experience here. Staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Habecker is truly an artist. My crown matches my natural teeth perfectly.

Very neglectful, and tried to withhold medical records. Waited over a year for a referral to get wisdom teeth pulled, In that year he saw us for multiple cleaning and scalings but refused to get down to the knitty gritty. He did this with my husband and daughter for which they both had to have emergency extractions done because he wouldn't do the proper procedures in a timely manner. When I requested med records they told us no, that they will hold them or fax them to the new place but would not give them to us. When I told them that was illegal and informed them that by law they had 28 days to get them to me they jumped right on it...2 weeks later.. went to a different dentist and they had him in and out for his wisdom teeth no special surgeon required. Dr. Habecker is very good. Staff is helpful and friendly. Office is clean and orderly. The down side is they are closed on fridays.
