Dr. David Greene

I had a seriously deviated septum and could only breath through one of my nostrils. To make matters worse, I had previously broken my nose on two different occasions and did not seek medical treatment. It was actually my dentist that showed me my deviated septum in a 3D xray, and recommended that I seek out an Ear, Nose and Throat specialist to have an examination and consultation. I carefully checked and reviewed all of the ENT specialists in the Naples, FL area, and Dr. David Green was the standout in my research, so I made an appointment. He was very nice to meet with and did recommend a septoplasty and a couple of other related repairs to my nose at the same time to correct my condition. Outpatient surgery was then scheduled at a nearby surgery center. The surgery went well and without complications, and I can finally breath normally again. There was of course follow-up care both the day after the surgery, and then again, a week later. Dr. Greene was friendly and very professional.

My husband has been to several Drs. and had no good outcome, we finally came to Dr. Greene and he knew what to do immediately. Thanks to his work my husband can breath better. We are so grateful that God put Dr. Greene in our path. The ladies in his office are just wonderful and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Greene. Thank you

Dr. Greene is unsurpassed in his medical expertise, ability to assess a situation as well as seeing it through to a successful conclusion. And did I also mention he treats his patients with the utmost of respect and concern. When he performed a Radiofrequency Turbinates procedure on me, it provided me with the ability to breathe like I hadn't in many years. A relatively simple procedure, it made me wonder why it had never been recommended to me in the past by my former medical professionals. Thank you Dr. Greene. You are simply the best!

Three visits--excellent office staff. Dr. Greene recommended and completed nasal procedure that did NOT require surgery, as had been done and completed by other doctors. Dr. Greene explained everything very clearly. Excellent results!

Dr. Greene is an outstanding ENT. He has helped me resolve a throat and sinus condition that I've struggled with for the past 12 years. I feel extremely fortunate to have found him. He developed and communicated a plan for me that was thorough, understandable and delivered positive results. I have severe allergies which cause me to have sinusitis . He did surgery on me that was unnecessary . Now, I get sicker.. I am doing immunotherapy, which was supposed to be prescribed at first place before performing any surgery.

Didn’t have the best experiences with the front desk, and had 1 surgery and my nose was still very crooked. They told me after that I needed to pay almost $10,000 AFTER insurance to fix everything and would probably need another surgery after that. I met with another surgeon that told me I could have only one more surgery for $6,500. Since that surgery my nose looks perfect, I have been able to breathe better than I have in years, and I love the way it looks. Great sinus nose doc. He got me better after years of sinus. I like how he draws all these pictures for you and tells you whats going on so you can understand. He even prints out a great summary and plan for you and it was really helpful. His people at the desk really great.

Dr Greene was fabulous in solving my sinus infection that had lasted for two months, unlike the two other doctors I visited. A Harvard educated physician, he designed a rinse that was appropriate for the numerous bacteria in my sinuses. I cannot recommend a better ear, nose and throat doctor. Proud to be in Dr Greene’s care, he gave me confidence that my chronic sinus problem could be solved!

Dr. Greene is absolutely the best ENT doctor I have ever experienced and I am so grateful I found him! He is an extremely kind and gentle man who listens carefully and provides excellent care. I never thought that degrees from Harvard, Yale and Stanford really mattered but Dr. Greene is a superb example of the fact that they do. I believe that because of his outstanding academic credentials the care he provides is above and beyond what I would receive from any other doctor or ENT doctor. You amy wait in the exam room for up to 45 minutes but once he enters you are given all the time needed for him to arrive at at diagnosis and treatment. He is truly exceptional!

I started getting treatment from Dr. Greene a few years ago. His education and training are the best, but more important, he really listens to me. He has helped me avoid surgery and feel better. He has new staff from when I started going there and they are very caring and helpful. Since I first started going for my medical problems, I now also go for cosmetic work and I am very happy with the results. Sometimes I have to wait if there's an emergency, but when it's my turn I get his full attention hundred percent. I highly recommend this doctor.

He's my "Miracle Worker" He has helped me more than I could ever explain. Additionally, he has a phenomenal staff who is always willing to assist with patient's matters. I recommend him to anybody who needs treatment in the areas that he covers.

I have been very pleased thus far with his care. He goes one step at a time and his very knowlegable. He also has great manners....which is a rarety here in Naples.

Very bad !! Almost 2 hours of waiting for doctor. He hardly explained anything after a very brief exam. Handed me few pages with images and text. On the question “ What I have to do with this?” the answer was “ do what you want”!!!?? He was in a hurry to go to another room to see another person. Frustrated, I tried to get some explanation from the person at the front desk, but she could not figure out any information. I was so upset from such strange situation and was in tears. Dr Green came out of the room and was very rude, starting to raise his voice and acting in a very unprofessional way. Instead of trying to help he literally was screaming, demonstrating absolutely unacceptable behavior. Have never been treated by such poor way. What a shame!

When I first saw Dr. Greene, the ER and family doctor had been unable to figure out why I was still so sick. Dr. Greene examined, tested and came up with the right diagnosis. I recovered, with his vigilence, after two months of sinus complications following pneumonia. His gentle manner, thorough questioning and exam was such a relief. Since then, he has advised on methods of maintaining healthy habits and preventing reinfection. I have him to thank for the last two years of sinus health I have enjoyed!

I am very satisfied with Dr. Greene. He is thorough, knowledgeable, friendly. I have a complex esophagus and various other issues and he has helped me through them all!

I have been a patient of Dr. Greene's since 2004. His help with my Severe Sinus Issues, previously unknown Sleep Apnea, and very complicated Medical History was instrumental in me improving my overall health. His HELP in getting me to Specialists which also helped in dealing with my complicated health issues is why I remain Alive today at 77.

He is an amazing doctor. I have had nose and sinus problems my whole life. 3 operations which did not work before. I had a problem nose on the inside and the outside. I needed sinus surgery and nasal reconstruction. Dr. Green did everything for me and it was great. I am breathing, no more infections, and I look a lot better. Who could ask for anything more!

Attentive, kind, knowledgeable are just a few of the words to describe Dr. Green. Honestly, I have referred him to others and they all have stated the same positive opinion. His staff is professional and they too bring a level of care just not expected anymore.

Dr. Greene is thorough in his evaluation and diagnosis. He answers questions, offers options in his recommendations. His remedies have worked for me. As far as I am concerned he is the go-to ENT in the Collier/Lee county areas

Dr. Greene has great bedside manner. However, there were serious complications that landed me in the hospital for several days. After a surgery he preformed. I'm now going to a Sinus Center in Sarasota and it's worth the drive!

Where do we begin! Dr. Greene is beyond amazing! My boyfriend was suffering from severe respiratory issues where he had 90% blockage and could not breathe. Instead of advising us to proceed with a more evasive procedures he did what many doctors today do, care about the well being of his patient and advised us to take small steps that are less evasive to try and relieve his symptoms with not being able to breathe. He was so caring and bed side manner is commendable. He is an amazing doctor!

Dr Greene saw me yesterday for the first time. I have a history of sinus problems and minor surgery. He thoroughly knew my history. After the exam he explained my options and his recommendations. He didn't spend any time on the computer. His notes were ready for me when I walked out because he has someone taking direct dictation, he can spend quality time with his patients. I was very satisfied and the meds are already helping.

The good ratings must be family! He told me I had the worst sinuses he has ever seen and come to find out after multiple procedures. (for examples nasal valve surgery.), it was not necessary and I was misdiagnosed! I spent a small fortune on useless tests and procedures. He loves to pad his pocketbook! Please beware!!!

I am very pleased with Dr. Greene’s professionalism and care. He explained my sinus issues clearly and has been conservative in treatment. I came to Dr. Greene after many years of failed sinus treatment including multiple doses of antibiotics. Dr. Greene thoroughly explained that a minor structural deformity was causing the majority of my symptoms and recommended an in office procedure to reduce the turbinates. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this caring doctor.

My husband posted a couple months ago regarding his personal experience but I'm here to share our son's (who will be 7 soon). We know Dr Greene in another capacity & it was only natural to land in his office when our son was attacked in the face by a dog in July 2015. He took the utmost care of him; having children himself, he knew how devastating this type of injury can be. He takes amazing dictation at ever appointment, which he converts to notes for the file & for us. He gave very specific instructions for wound care & continuous care to potentially minimize future revision (s) down the road. Dr Greene did a masterful job removing a skin cancer from my husband's cheek. Other doctors had told him that there would be a hole in his cheek after removal of the lesion, but Dr Greene said that there wouldn't be. He was right! Now my husband's cheek is smooth and normal looking and the scar is practically invisible. I have full confidence in his skills and his caring treatment. I had restrictive breathing for years, no decades! I'd been recimmended for surgery to remove my turbinates, or crush them with balloon technology but didn't want to deal with the science or pain so kept putting it off. When you pick a specialist you want a doctor who is legitimately motivated by and drawn to his field of expertise. That is Dr. Greene. He brought me back from the brink of surgery due to a horrific chronic sinus infection. He is the rare doctor who will actually listen to you. Don't hesitate. He's the best.

Dr. Greene exemplifies a rare combination of impeccable skill, ethics, and empathy. I am very pleased with the outcome of a septoplasty and turbinate surgery that I trusted him to perform on me 6 weeks ago. Prior to my initial visit with Dr. Greene I had been examined at a prestigious clinic and had been told there was nothing that could be done to correct a nasal fracture that I had suffered as a child decades ago. With his expertise I now breathe better and my nose is much more symmetrical.

Dr Greene and staff are the best I have never experienced. I have never been treated so well or received the care and results that I have with Dr Greene. For the first time in over 20 years and after multiple polyp surgeries I have been polyp free and have my sense of smell for over 2 years now.

I had problems breathing for years. Dr. Green reduced my turbinates with RFW and I have been fine ever since. Dr. Greene kept my husband waiting 45 minutes beyond his appointment time on one occasion and 30 minutes the next time. When we suggested that he was not concerned with his patients' time, he became combative. The receptionist told us he was never on time. He has very little regard for his patients and seems more concerned with billable hours. It is a shame, as he has the skills to be a good doctor.

Never got to see Dr. Greene. It was startling the experience I had with the receptionist. I had an array of symptoms and was interrupted by the receptionist to have her tell me she schedules only 1\2 hour appointments with the doctor; that my symptoms would take up more than 1\2 hour of the doctor's time. I objected and she hung up! By the way, I left two taped messages for call backs and received no call back.

I visited Dr. Greene after a few other ENT visits for my sinus problems. He ordered a new DNA test for the bacteria growing in my sinuses and was able to get a sinus rinse that worked great for me. He is a great doctor and I highly recommend him for your sinus problems.
