Horrible! After contacting him about being exposed to the coronavirus his recommendation was self-quarantine. I asked his office to please fax a letter over to my work asap. Five days and eight phone calls later I showed up at the office for the letter. The nurses told me to step out of the office and wait outside, literally outside almost in the parking lot. She came out side of the building with her mask on and said someone would be right with us, very nasty while wiping the door and handle off with alcohol wipes. Then Dr. Gotlieb’s Nurse came out in full nurse gear, scrubs, mask, gloves, the whole nine yards! She said ”Here’s your letter, now get home you’re suppose to be quarantined (while pointing straight ahead)!” Not a hi, how are you feel, nothing! I said, ”I wouldn’t be here if your office sent the letter!”, her response, ”We mailed it to you!”. I said ” You were suppose to fax it to my office, that doesn't do me any good!”. She replied ”Well we didn't have a fax number!”. They dropped the ball. I called the Doctor over a week ago and asked for the letter seven days ago and received nothing. Until this morning when I got a certified letter from Gotlieb stating that he can no longer be my physician. How's that for bedside manner?!
