I have multiple problems that I feel are related to nerves in my body. Dr. Franco listened to everything I had to say, asked questions, did preliminary tests and came up with a game plan. I’m EXTREMELY pleased with him. As a RN, I have an idea about what is going on. YES, I recommend him. Plus, the whole office staff is wonderful! I had my first appointment with Dr. Franco today, and I cannot express how impressed I am of the clinic, the staff, and Dr. Franco. We had a great conversation and exam. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Franco if you are looking for a neurologist that not only knows his stuff, but is super friendly as well.

Dr Franco was wonderful with my daughter. Took plenty of time to listen, exam, ask questions, and really sit with us and answer all of our questions. He was respectful of what we had to say and shared his knowledge in a way that was easy for us to understand. Top notch professional.

Dr. Franco is a phenomenal doctor. He really took the time to listen, approached me with compassion and professionalism, worked with another specialist to find a medication that gave me my life back. He has a waiting list but it's worth the wait. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr Franco is someone who really LISTENS to his patients and truly cares. I am so glad he is my neurologist. Highly recommend!

For two years I have been experiencing a multitude of symptoms. Everything from painful electric twinges, numbness in feet arms and hands, squeezing heavy feeling in my chest, severe weight loss because swallowing is so difficult to mysterious periods where speach is slurred and right foot drops. He refused to listen to any of my Symptoms except for my 3 bouts of temporary blindness. 5 minute exam. Hit my knee ankle with rubber device and rushed me out the door saying that whatever it is it isn't neurological. He didn't even want to review my cat scans. I have been a patient of Dr. Franco’s since I moved to Omaha, NE in 2017. He is by far the best neurologist I have ever had. Dr Franco actually listens and does not use you like a guinea pig to do a ton of tests that have already been done on me in other states. His office staff is excellent about calling in my medication when traveling. My husband and I have considered moving but already decided I would travel back to Omaha just to keep him as my neurologist for my seizures. I've seen him for like 8 or 9 years now. He is very gracious and takes the time to answer all my questions. I would trust him with all my neurological problems. Before I found him - I went to like 3 other neurologists, all 3 told me I had no problems & one went as far as to say it was all in my imagination. I'd given up wanted to even see a doctor for my neuropathy problems. After my PCP convinced me to try one more time - I'd probably been having problems for 10 years. Dr. Franco is a keeper.

I have seen Dr. Franco 3 or 4 times in the past two years. He is very empathetic, open, willing to answer all my questions, show and talk me through my MRI and offer alternative treatments. I have great confidence in him and would recommend him to any of my family members and friends.

Initial meeting was lengthy. He was friendly, thorough, and took as long as I needed to ask all my questions. When test results were back, he called me personally and spoke with me for 10 minutes, making sure all my questions were answered and I was comfortable with the treatment plan. That's what I want in a doctor, competence AND customer service.

Dr Franco keeps his options open on treatment and is up to date with new research coming through all the time. But he also cares about your opinions of your treatment options. That is everything to me as a patient.
