Dr. Ferrero and Erica ( the receptionist) have been the most professional and courteous medical experience I have ever had, and Im 66 years old. Their commitment to professionalism and care of their patients are simply above reproach! There have been times they have squeezed me in without any prior notice or appointment simply because they care.I would recommendANY having foot or ankle disorders to seek out this caring and professional Doctor. Dr. Ferrero, He is outstanding. He shows that he really cares about his patiient. My dad can't see Dr. Ferrero is one of the few that treats him with respect . Horrible receptionist was mean doctor didnt care didnt do anything

I have been seeing Dr Ferraro for almost a year now. Every time I need to get in, Erica gets me in quickly & without hesitation. Both the Dr and receptionist are kind, professional and genuinely care. Dr Ferraro is one of those rare doctors who understand that the doctor patient relationship is a partnership and genuinely listens to the patients needs and acts accordingly.
