Dr. David Neal Faircloth

Dr. Faircloth and his staff are the best! Last April, our son was involved in a terrible motorcycle accident in which he sustained several broken bones including the jaw and we were very fortunate to have Dr. Faircloth performing emergency surgery. During our son's 4-day stay in the ICU and another 2 days in the recovery room following the surgery, Dr. Faircloth came by almost every day to check on his welfare and progress. He was caring and extremely thorough about the upcoming procedures and what to expect. Everything went exactly as he described over the next 11 months. Also, much kudos to his staff for being efficient and effective, especially to Avery who didn't mind communicating with our son outside of her work hours about scheduling and his medical condition. We would have been completely lost and in trouble without Dr. Faircloth and his awesome team.

This is for the billing department.... Do not pay in advance for services insurance should cover WAIT....... They told me I would get reimbursed... Insurance paid off a week or so later... Never told me a third party would pay me called several times to see who the billing ladies either were with someone or would see what's going on with my little 200$....Which I explain I'm a single parent all 3 in this household DISABLED...I can't work but the phone call just too see where the check was I was promise to be called back Thursday....... Now I had too borrow monies. SO AGAIN GREAT STAFF...EXCEPT FOR THE BILLING I BETCHA SINCE MAY 6 THEY GOT PAID... Now don't get me wrong Dr Faircloth is great just DON'T Don't pay for no services your insurance covers . WE ARE LOW INCOME BUT SOME HUMANS DON'T CARE This is for the billing department.... MEDICARE PTS BEWARE! On a return visit bc I lost a bite guard that was made for problems with bruxism and bite misalignment. After a quick glance by Dr Faircloth, who is always courteous, appears compassionate sent me to his staff "biller". At this time she tells me that he doesn't take Medicare patients shoves a piece of paper not filled in, (for physicians to sign), tells me to sign it. Then she hands me a bill for $2,300 plus dollars for cost of new guard, asked if she had contacted Delta Dental that they cover bite guards. She said "no" we don't HELP MEDICARE PTS. I said I can't write you a check for that amount today. I had sent in all my Delta Dental, Aetna, & even Part B (not in an advantage plan).My biteguard is covered by Delta Dental. I had to leave. Left paying 300 plus dollars for nothing. She charged me for a panorex that was not done. I had to get my money back. I was on Medicare when I was treated in 2019 and 2020 had Delta Dental then too! I felt it was a cowardly Doc!

Called this office multiple times now. Lindsey answers every time and promises to “call back by end of day”. Has not done it once

Been seeing Dr faircloth and his staff in both locations for 4 years or more. Awesome surgeon, awesome staff, like family to me. He's also treated my children, I wouldn't think of seeing any other oral surgeon.

Never having implant surgery, I was unfortunately very nervous about the procedure. Dr. Faircloth performed the surgery today with the aid of his nurse Ashley, and they treated me with the utmost of care. I’m resting today but still have had no pain nor bleeding and I’m amazed. Thanks also to too many assistants to name for your patience and help on all my phone call requests. I highly recommend with strong gratitude! I had a broken molar and had to have it removed surgically. I was referred to another surgeon, but had friends tell me about Dr Faircloth. What a great experience (considering) had an implant and the best care form Dr Faircloth to his assistant Laura to Tracy in billing. Great physician! Great staff! Would recommend this doctor to anyone who is needing to having oral surgery!

Dr Faircloth and his staff were fantastic. It felt like we had known them for years and they were part of the family. Our son was well taken care of. If I had to rate them from 1 to 5, my family would give them a 10.5. Exceptional!

Amazing!!!!! Wonderful staff. I was in pain for 2 days due to my wisdom teeth. The only dentist that offered to do extraction for 2 if my wisdom teeth on such short notice. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Faircloth was wonderful. He was was very kind, understanding and courteous. I was very nervous about sedatiin an pain. Dr. Faircloth kept me calm and reassured me that i was in wonderful hands. I woke up and didnt feel a thing, and they made sure i would be in less pain as possible during recovery. Amazing!!!!! I was so terrified of getting my wisdom teeth extracted and then even more terrified to go under for the first time and get an IV the first time. The staff here is truly a Treasure. Dr. Faircloth is amazing and has perfect bedside manner. Him and his assistant made me feel as at ease as possible. And they let me pick up my script prior to the surgery to save me having to go out in public with a swollen face. They are the best. I would recommend to everyone. Dr. Faircloth is awesome! Great bedside manners, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. I am on my fourth implant and all have been painless. Highly recommend!

Dr. Faircloth and his entire staff were very sweet and welcoming! I was very scared to have my wisdom teeth removed, but he ensured that I was okay and prepared along the way! Loved his office!

The staff was courteous and efficient. I was really nervous about getting all my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Faircloth made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. I had an upset stomach long into the night after the procedure and was getting very concerned. They called twice to check on me after my boyfriend had called them concerned about the upset stomach. I highly recommend Dr. Faircloth.
