David G Dillard

I critique everything and am most discerning when it comes to my medical care. So, when I tell you Dr. Dillard is an awesome physician, he is absolutely AWESOME! He is friendly, knowledgeable and sincerely interested in helping his patients. Not only is he great at what he does, but his staff is just as efficient, that along with the comfortable atmosphere makes the visit soothing and assuring. It is definitely a team effort there. Look no further, he is the best ever. He's made my life loads easier and I highly recommend him, because yes, he's that good! I'm thankful for the person who recommended him. I can almost guarantee you will be writing a similar review soon after seeing him.

Dr Dillard is ok. Office staff is not so much

First, the office does a well job implementing covid precautions and the nurses/assistant staff to the doctor always asked questions to get to the bottom of what’s going on with you. As for the doctor himself, he strikes me as an extremely knowledgeable guy that knows what he’s talking about. However, from a very quick examination, the tone of his findings always struck me as somewhat condescending and dismissive of the problem at hand. Generally, people want to be taken seriously with their health concerns and not that “it’s nothing!” Without offering further testing. Very good and informative

Lots of unnecessary testing to run up the bill and did not treat my issues. Took my records and went elsewhere after tons of time and money totally wasted. Stay away!!

I went to Dr. Dillard 2 years ago to have the VOAT procedure done so that I could quit having to use my CPAP. He would not do this procedure to my throat, and insisted that I do a sinus surgery to my nose. After all of the wasted time and money, he would not perform the VOAT surgery that I first went for. After the sinus surgery, he told us that our insurance would not cover the VOAT procedure and he knew that before the sinus surgery. He just wanted to do the sinus procedure so that he could get that money because he knew we couldn't pay for the VOAT without insurance help. After the surgery he kept saying, "Your so much better!" The truth is that my snoring is worse now than before, and my wife has to wear earplugs to sleep now. After 2 years of hearing how bad my snoring was by my wife, I felt obligated to write a review so that others don't make the same mistake I did. If you need help, see someone other than Dr. Dillard. I can't say that dealing with Dr Dillard or his office staff was a good experience. They took 40 minutes past my appointment time to get me in the exam room. Once they were done they moved me to a different exam room and had me wait another 5 or 10 minutes just to tell me they were done. They gave me incorrect information about my insurance coverage and when I called about it the next day they forwarded me around the office for 30 minutes. I got more frustrated and angry. After getting hung up on, I called back and spoke with a woman who is actually trying to help. I can't say that dealing with Dr Dillard or his office staff was a good experience. Dr Dillard works hard to find the problem and a solution, not just write a prescription! For the first time in 30 years, I haven't had a sinus infection this past winter! Thank you Dr. Dillard! You and your staff are amazing!

Best Doctor Ever!

Dr. Dillard is a miracle worker. He has made it possible to breathe easily for the first time in decades. He explained to me what he needed to do to correct my breathing problems and worked with my insurance company to authorize my surgery. I was amazed how little pain I felt after the procedure and how much better I can breathe now. Dr. Dillard is an amazing doctor and I am so happy I found him and benefitted from his help fixing my sinuses. My life is better today as a result.

I drove 150 miles from East Tennessee to see Dr. Dillard and was over an hour late for our appointment due to heavy traffic. They welcomed us and were happy to wait for us. He is going to use the INSPIRE respiratory treatment to help me with my severe sleep apnea. We have been to see him 3 times and he and all his staff have simply been great to work with - great listeners and so efficient in providing quality care, answering questions, etc. I highly recommend he and his staff.

Dr. Dillard does not work with the First Choice programs. This program gives Veterans a other choice instead of the VA Hospital.

I've suffered from sleep apnea for 35 years, never could find a fix. Dr. Dillard and his team are absolutely fantastic!

Dr. Dillard is thorough, caring, and intuitive. He and his team have served as my ENT experts since 2014. During a recent exam, he saw a concern in my vocal cords and determined possible connections to other areas of my body. He immediately ordered a CT/MRI on my brain, neck and chest, and promised, "We will fix it!" His insight resulted in my being diagnosed with a heart disease that is currently being treated by a cardiologist. Dr. Dillard, thank you for having a stake in saving my life! I am so thankful to God for an upstanding doctor, Dr. David Dillard, who has such care, concern and the knowledge to treat my severe sinus and allergy symptoms. Dr. Dillard has helped me tremendously with my symptoms. Dr. Dillard shows diligence and puts his patients needs first. Thank you. God made you a doctor for a reason, Dr. Dillard. Dr. Dillard is an excellent physician. He has great bedside manner, and is happy to answer your questions, as well as listen to you explain the symptoms you are experiencing. He is very thorough in discussing your diagnosis and treatment plan, and will even show you your CT scan images, the same day as your scan, so you fully understand your sinus issues. The staff is very friendly, kind, and welcoming. I would recommend Dr. Dillard to anyone.

I have had on going problems and I have seen five different ENT’s. They have all done the same thing. Exams, meds, tubes, more meds, surgery. Except Dr. Dillard’s show adds a head exam, an expensive sleep study and several appointments where he was suppose to come back and tell me what was wrong. Then he concluded I need my seventh nasal surgery. Took him all of two minutes. He could not tell me what he had to fix. It’s all about the money.

Overbooks. Typical wait up to an hour. Tiny outdated facility. Rushed me through. Did not solve problem.

I spent a lot of time and money. I've had three VOAT ( waste of time) and one sinus surgery ( waste of time also) . I really hoped for something good to come from all this but nothing! Dr Dillard was always very professional with me and the staff in Lawrenceville was nice. Sandy springs office needs help no doubt terrible to be nice. Dr. Dillard got my reoccurring ear infections to go away. I had been to everyone under the sun and already had tubes. He's the man and I love his nurses. There's one lady in his front office staff that I don't care for, but the rest of them are awesome. If you are looking for a doctor that gives a damn about you as a person, he's your guy. Dr. Dillard is an excellent Doctor!!! His staff is very kind and friendly.

Very poor time management to look for a patient. If you don't ask him about the progress, you will never get the correct treatment- waste of your time, money and many more. My experience, with Dr. Dillard, including his staffs, was terribly bad in the past six months (I was getting the same medicine for each visit without knowing what exactly was/were the problem/s). My situation was even worse in 6 months, and know nothing about the problem. Then he referred me to a doctor in Monroe. Thanks!

Was forced to undergo a CT scan in his office on an old rickety machine; On top of that I was stuck with the medical bills for it, even after making them call my insurance to confirm that the procedure would be covered! Dillard himself makes you wait longer than any other doctor I've visited, and the staff are not that helpful either.
