Dr Cutcliffe has great bedside manner, very knowledgeable about my rare condition and was very open with the prognosis and options. I have recommended him and will continue to recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Cutcliff did an amazing job retaining as much of my finger as possible after a traumatic finger amputation. Truly art what he did with it. It was and continues to be, an emotional journey. He sat with me to listen. He has a kind bedside manner. He is a unique surgeon. Compassionate and gentle.

This was a workers compensation case and maybe that is why this doctor didn't really listen to me. Every time I went back to see him and told his nurse and the doctor where my pain was neither one wrote it in my file. The doctor would spend maybe 3 minutes with me and send me on my way telling me I can't fix something if I can't see anything wrong. Funny the doctor at South Bend Orthopedic on Elm Rd. where I was sent to have a second opinion was finally honest with me and told me that my pain in my upper arm and forearm would not be caused from a wrist injury, hmmm funny how Dr. Cutcliffe didn't know about that. Any recommendation that the fine doctor would have made they would of had to follow. Finally after retaining a lawyer I was able to get the help I needed, all the pain was being caused from my neck and shoulder which I tried to explain to the fine doctor but since someone else was paying him, he didn't want to listen to me or help me. I guess only some patients matter. I always thought a doctor became a doctor to help people but I guess money speaks louder. Thank you doc for not being willing to help me and showing me what business ethics OSMC has. I will never return and will go to South Bend Orthopedic at least the doctors there will be honest with you and help you.
