Dr. Cross is very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely refer him to others.

He’s a good doctor, but his office staff is a joke. It is impossible to phone them and speak to someone. All calls go to voicemail. I have called several times to cancel an appointment. I left voicemails but didn’t receive a call back. Then I got a reminder call the day before the appt. I pressed the number to cancel the appointment. Final straw: the morning of the appt I received a reminder text for the canceled appointment. If this were a big practice, I might understand, but it’s small.

I have called the office several times to reschedule an appointment for an MRI which I was told to do from the nurse at the hospital. The ladies that answers the phone are very nice but the nurse who makes the appointments or schedules the MRI is very unprofessional. I have called I know 5 or more times and she has yet returned a phone call. I Hope Dr. Cross is aware of her lack of professionalism and the lack of concern she shows toward patients who calls his office for her assistance.

I received excellent care from Dr. Cross for chronic ear infection which was diagnosed incorrectly for years by another ENT in Mechanicsville. I recommend Dr Cross highly. However, office staff is not friendly, no smiles. Phone is NEVER answered, you are directed to voice mail and must leave message every time. Been playing phone tag for weeks to schedule an appointment. I may have to drive 35 miles to the office to stand in front of someone to get an appointment. This needs to change.

I didn't quite care for this physician. There were two separate appointments held to determine what was acceptable for my large tonsils. it took Dr. Cross (i'm assuming for more currency to line his pocket) two appointments to come to the conclusion that i do not need surgery on my large tonsils that have since been removed because of obstruction to breathe.

Front desk receptionist very rude and unprofessional. Too busy on cellphone to acknowledge my arrival.

Dr. Cross is very willing to answer questions. He's patient and gentle. He's great with kids too!

Found him to be very personable and knowledgeable. His honesty was something I rarely experience when visiting a doctor. He admitted that he wasn't sure of the type of fungal infection I had, but he assured me that we would beat it! He did so on the first attempt! I have already highly recommended him to others.
