If you buy inserts for your shoes. He will make a cast and order them. Be prepared to pay an office visit Fee ($70) to pick them up and he will want you to return in 1 month to see how the fit. Be prepared to pay another office visit fee ($70) again. Seems to me a scam. When I get a crown, I get fitted and pay my fee and then go back for placement. No Additional charges. So basically add an additional $140 if you get inserts.
