This guy should be glad there are so few rheumatologists on cape cod. Given a choice, no one should be his patient.

Horrible, he refuse to test me for Sjogrens, claiming I tested last year & you didn’t have it. I begged & belittled myself. This man has deep-rooted Control Issues. Never Again.

Doesn’t care about patients concerns. NEVER responds. Mostly rude office staff.

This dumb so-called doctor has been treating me with steroids for three years only to just find out I have a different illness! He is RUDE. NO PERSONALITY. He refused to test my cortisol levels for my weakness and exhaustion and refused me a shot for my tendinitis. I have waisted three years of my life with this clown. Couldn’t stand to see him. Never answered any questions or gave me advice. In addition to him, his assistant who takes blood pressure, pumps so many times, you think your arm is going to explode. A terrible experience that is thankfully over now. And he kills fish!

Amazing Doctor! Dr. Brown is one of the best doctors/specialist ive come in contact with. If you want a doctor to diagnose you and go through every possible testing hes capable of to find a solution for your health this is the doctor you want. If you want a doctor to just sympathize with you and not figure anything out go somewhere else. Dr Brown is the only doctor i have seen that has been able to diagnose at least 1 of my issuses and hes always upfront never beats around the bush tells you straight forward. Greatly appreciate this doctor for the help hes given me so far!

I had two visits with Dr. Brown. I found Dr. Brown to be a technician with very little interest in my personal situation and more focused lab results. I had to call the office after both visits to get information on the prescribed drugs that should have been covered by Dr. Brown. In giving my diagnosis there was no discussion about the long term impact and possible other treatments should the plan not work out. As a medical professional I found the whole experience dis-paasionate and disappointing.

I saw Dr. Brown for the first time today. He asked questions and listened to my questions. He explained conditions well and I did not think the appointment was rushed. Also, I thought the staff was friendly and helpful.

I have no complaints. I have been treating him at his office for about 5 years.

I have found Dr. Brown to be a quiet guy who is a highly intelligent and knowledgable individual who is very science based and detail oriented during the diagnosis process and follow-up care. He DOES listen, as well as respond during a visit, despite his consistent use of a laptop pretty much throughout the visit which, can leave one feeling that he is not focused on the patient. Far from true. He multi-tasks and overlaps well. Have been a patient for 7 years and have zero complaints.

Dr. Brown “heard” me when I described my symptoms and directed me in the right path.

I have to agree with others who feel this Doctor just doesn't seem to care about his patients. Four appointments and I spent the whole time talking to the wall or his hands as he typed away on his laptop which seemed surgically attached to him at all times. He was nice and pleasant to deal with but there was not that sense that he really had my best interest at heart, threw a diagnosis at me and threw me on Cymbalta which is just awful to get off of. His staff is awesome however.

Patients get 15 minutes & if recently diagnosed - Obviously You Have Questions. Dr. Brown deemed myself A POOR HISTORIAN - Meaning I am incoherent, ill, drugged, go off on tangents, when asked questions. There is nothing further from the truth, I am able to list each ailment, month & year chronologically! Does he care about any history? Absolutely NOT, in what got You There! Thank God My PCP describes myself, as a pleasant woman, 26 years history!

Dr. Brown has NO bed side manner. He does not care about symptoms. He simply dismisses you.

I think Dr Brown is a good Dr. overall and I am no longer a fan or a person who lays much trust in Drs or thinks much of the medical establishment. He is more current in his field or knowledge than many local Drs seem to be. It takes awhile to get used to his manner of relating to patients, however, I disagree with the other reviewer.I think Dr. Brown is a caring and kind person , but his expertise is not in communications and it takes awhile to see this. He is a good Dr. . Give him a chance

Lack of respect for patient in regards to overall treatment. He does not put patient at ease, is not friendly and is judgmental. He does not listen and is condensending.
