I am sad to be writing such a poor review of a provider who has provided quality service to me for many years. Unfortunately, at the height of the pandemic, I found myself with a dental emergency addressed by Dr. Blank's office. I provided my insurance information, he took care of the matter, and that was it. Not the case at all!! For more than six months, I have been battling with his office and Capital Accounts Inc because, somewhere along the line, the billing office has submitted the wrong social security number on my claim, and EmblemHealth has not been able to pay it. Both my insurance company and I have made multiple requests to remove my information from collections because the error needs to correct on their part. We have spoken with the office manager, who is extremely rude and refuses to take my information out of collection until they get paid. How do you penalize a patient for an error committed by your staff? I am seriously considering suing. Dr. Blank is an excellent oral surgeon; however, regrettably, he is surrounded by incompetence. I do not know who else to turn to, but I feel victimized by the inability to resolve this matter due to his staff's ineptitude. One of the worst places I have ever been. Not only did they leave sutures to Long so that it irritates the mouth after surgery . They are also some of the rudest most unhelpful people I have ever experienced!!! The bill has been chopped up into many parts . At time of service I was charged hundreds of dollar with the comment you are all caught up . Then they sent me another bill for a few more hundred dollars which I paid . Then they sent me with another bill for a few more hundred dollars . I called to ask they told me to take it up with my insurance company , yet I owe Dr Blanks office and they hung up in on me . They are they worst I will be turning them in for investigation of fraud . My advice is : avoid this office at all costs because it will continue to cost you money long after you teeth are out .horrible horrible place . Avoid at all costs !!! I so enjoyed what could have been a tying and painful experience today! It was, actually fun for me having surgery under my gum! Dr. Blank is a joy and his assistant Theresa is a total pleasure! I couldn't be happier about my experience today.

Needed an emergency wisdom tooth extracted, so my normal dentist recommended me to go here. This was the worst I have ever been treated at a dentist. Before he started he asked me IF I WAS GOING TO HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY FOR THIS because I've reached my insurance limit for the year. I am in the most agonizing pain at this point, and if I could I would have walked out. He then got upset with me because I couldn't physically open my mouth wide enough (once again the WORST pain I have ever been in) and said he wasnt going to treat me if I didnt open wider. I literally couldn't. Those were the two rudest parts of the experience not mention the pain I was in for what felt like way to long after the healing process. I refused to go for the check up so I just hoped for the best. Also the ceiling was falling off, so theres that. Doctor Blank did an excellent job removing my wisdom teeth, it was done in no time at all!

By far Dr. Blank is the BEST Oralsurgeon I have ever been to. I've gone through many teeth extraction and dealing with braces my childhood life so I hated going to the dentist. Normally I would get anxiety just walking into a dental office. Yesterday I had THE BEST experience getting my wisdom tooth pulled which sounds wierd but he made the procedure go so smooth and painless which left me so happy and relieved that it was all over . Even after the local anesthesia had wore off I felt very minimal discomfort that an Advil easily cured. I highly recommend Dr.Blank to anyone . I wish i would have known him when I was a child so I wouldn't have had to go through all those traumatic experience we all probably can relate to. Thank you DR.Blank ! I've gotten all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Blank. In the first case it was an emergency—I called and was taken the same day. The recovery was great. Painless. In the second case just weeks later I did a walk-in. Despite his busy schedule and a misunderstanding about whether or not I could get my teeth pulled as a walk-in this time around, he still took the time to remove both of my wisdom teeth and relieve me of my discomfort. Dr. Blank, I commuted from the end of Brooklyn (1.5 hours) and really needed these aching teeth out. I deeply appreciate you and your staff! Thank you so much. Wish he could be my regular dentist! So calming!!

Dr Blank took out my 4 wisdom teeth was very skilled, knowledge able, and caring He also removed my sons tooth. Highly recomendable

Don't know what I would've done without Dr. Blank - he got me through a tough time with his patience and kindess , and, of course his skill. I'll be forever grateful to him. I was embarassed to smile for a very long time and now I'm smiling all the time. Thank you Dr Blank!

Dr. Blank has done an exceptional job fitting in two implant screws for myself and my wife. His procedures are painless and precise to the 10th of a mm. His A+ personality will make you not leave his office. The office too is well equipped with 3D X-Rays and etc. I felt like stepping into the future compared to my regular dentist office. stanky breath and love to pull out teef

Dr Blank was great in helping me overcome my anxiety of all things dental. (also laughing gas helps!) I wish he could be my regular dentist instead of just my oral surgeon.
