Have been seeing Dr. Becker for a few years. I find him very pleasant and personable, very thorough, explains things in terms I understand, and answers all my questions. I feel fortunate to be one of his patients. The office staff are very efficient and friendly.

Customer service has been an ongoing, declining issue in this practice. Scheduling an appointment to this group is an all day event. There is no live receptionist. You leave a message and ‘someone ‘ calls you back hours later, if not the following day. If you miss the call - repeat this process again. Brought my elderly, unwell relative for a new patient appointment recently . Day before the scheduled appointment, someone from the office called and confirmed that appointment and asked all of the Covid questions prior to arrival. Our appointment was at 8am. Took off from work, picked up my aunt and headed to the office, a 45 min drive. Got there to find out that ‘ you have no appointment ‘. Asked to have our recent phone conversation replayed/ listened to confirming this appointment, ‘oh we dont have that option.’ Asked to speak to the woman who scheduled my appointment ‘oh she quit’ . After 20 minutes of going back and forth , asked to speak to Dr. Becker. I was told - “I can see you at 12 pm (in 4 hours) because I have scheduled patients to see “. So what am I??? How about my time? No apology and no attempt to amend this situation was made. The office manager asked “ are you sure you made the appointment for today and not another day?” Do I look stupid? Would I take off from work on a random day and show up expecting to be seen on an unscheduled appointment day? I work in healthcare myself. I know how this works... someone messed up. I felt so extremely uncomfortable and belittled like I was the problem. This is no way to run a practice! Will not be returning to this office. Dr. Becker is superb.

I've been a patient of Dr. Becker's for many years and he is one of the best doctors I've ever encountered.

He communicates well, is smart and has a nice manner. He's never steered me wrong and I have every confidence in his ability. He has helped me overcome a heart rhythm issue.
