went to see dr on wed 4th 2022 dr perscribe medicine one needed a code from pharmarcy my husband tried all day friday back and forth between pharmacy and dr to get code never got it unexcusable ! called upmc anawsering service i believe her name was mindy laugh at me please listen i sd are you laughing at me i sd not very professional she needs to be fired!!!! this was a very very bad experience for me i thought upmc was better then this sorry for mispelled words but not feeling good and so upset about this experience!!!!

very independent i know when i have a sinus infection i know my systoms but still wants to blame it on something else because nothing shows up in cat scan or mri with sinus but yet till we get right meds infection clears up i do not know why he fights me on my infection always the same systoms and finally gets right meds to make me better but still does not blame it on my sinus!

I waited an hour for my daughters appointment and felt rushed when she was finally seen. What he told me was different from what the receptionist/scheduling person told me and I asked if I could talk to him for clarification. He yelled at me! I would never go back to that office. Very good with a knife

Most rude physician I have ever met by far. My mom just wanted her ears cleaned and he acted as though he was above doing this for her. He was determined to tell us his credentials and degrade Costco hearing aids. He was determined that mom should have a problem with her hearing in order to see him. As if wanting her ears cleaned was not a good enough reason. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone! Sad to see people like him treating our elderly. Most rude physician I have ever met by far. It's ridiculous to have an appointment and not be seen until an hour and a half later. When I asked the receptionist why she says 2 emergencies came in. I can reschedule if I want. I come from 45 minutes away. The only good note I can say is if you don't mind waiting a long time, the Dr does get to the bottom of your symptoms.

Rude and judging. When trying to explain my dysautonomia to him he cut me off and was just flat out rude. Stick to your specialty and stop being judgmental to patients as I’m not the only one who feels this way in my family. If you have an anxiety disorder I’d recommend going to a different doctor.

Wait times every single time are over an hour. These are early morning appointments, how do you fall that far behind before 9:00am. Stop over booking!

Not arrogant as some other people said. He's hilarious and talented. He cracks a joke once in a while and I think some people who left negative reviews just misunderstand things. Great people but they over schedule. Appointment was at 1050 sat in waiting room until 11:46. Then sat in exam room until 12:07

I have had to wait no less than 1 hour past my appointment time for every visit that I have had. The only positive thing that I can say is that the nurses in the allergy department are wonderful.

I have been seeing Dr. A for years...hes a real straight shooter and I like that he served our country.

Very insensitive towards me, hardly listened to my concerns. He never called me by my name which made me feel like just a blade of grass in a meadow to him. The nurse with him was just as uncaring. Very sad experience, if you are nervous in medical places as I am, I would look elsewhere.

Dr. Armstrong creates a very comfortable, reassuring atmosphere. I trust his opinion and abilities. Usually my wait time is reasonable (no more than 20 mins total), but yesterday I was in the waiting area for 30 mins past my appt time then 40 mins in the exam area before he was available to see me.

Dr. Armstrong I was pleased with Doctors care but i'm tired of waiting for more than one hour in waiting room then waiting in back office for at least twenty more minutes for last three times at office so I walked out and looking for new Dr. one that feels my time is as important as his also sitting around sick people that long is uncalled for unless your looking for more visits

He saved my life. He found a lump in my neck that turned out to be an early cancer. He was very thorough but cares a lot about his patients.

Great doctor really cares about his patients!

Dr. Armstrong was great with my kids, they were nervous and he put them at ease by joking around with them!

He doesn't want to answer all questions. Never gave my test results. Brushed me off with my concerns.
