Dr Marx is so Professional and deeply concerned. He knows how to say it like it is yet you see how deeply he cares. He cares for all impacted by Cancer. He's an excellent surgeon. I highly reccomend him.

My first visit with Dr Marx , he explained what he was going to do as a surgeon does. He wasn't very friendly but he may have been tired. Since then I've seen not only is he great at what he does, he is friendly, funny, personable and is dedicated to his profession. I'd recommend Dr Marx to do any surgery to my family and friends.

Dr. Marx was very thorough in explaining my condition, patient in answering my questions, and willing to go the extra mile to study my case before making a hasty decision about a particular surgery. He actually requests to be present during the studies and see it with his own eyes. I admire that very much.

On my first visit with Dr. Marx, I had no doubts or hesitations in choosing him to do my hiatal hernia surgery. He showed us pics of his past surgeries doing this procedure. His experience and knowledge spoke for itself but him explaining the procedure so well and asking if I had any questions made me feel confident in my decision. He used the robot and I rreally didn’t experience pain , just tightness about 3 days. Just follow the eating directions for 2/3 weeks. Thankful it’s over and went so well! Everyone was wonderful! Dr. Marx made me feel comfortable and helped me understand everything that will be done to me .

My Wife and I were extremely happy with Dr Marx. From my appointment at his office to the surgery. On surgery morning he came by the morning and went over everything and wanted to explain the process he would take. Dr. MARX and his staff are amazing. I don't even know where to begin. The staff is very professional, they also get appointments and medications sent out fast. Those ladies are so nice. Dr. MARX IS A VERY SMART MAN. My favorite thing about Dr. Marx is he is a doctor that listens to what your concerns are. He doesn't interrupt you to say what he wants to say. He let's you vent everything going on. Then he tells you what he can help with. A doctor that listens to you is the most valuable asset a doctor can have. I recommend Dr. MARX to anyone. Dr Marx takes the time and listens and explains. He is an amazing doctor.

First, Mr.Marx and your staff are awesome. I was in a lot of pain. I went to two drs. they said it was a swollen gland and sent me home with antibiotics. I knew something wasn’t right. I was still in a lot of pain. Thanks to Dr.Marx for diagnosing me with having a hernia. I had to have surgery. It’s always good to get a second opinion. Thank you Dr. Marx your the best. I just left Dr. Marx not even 30 minutes ago for a drainage of an abcess on my lower back and he did an absolutely amazing job. He walked me through the entire process and ensured that everything would be okay. He is one I will definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Marx and his team. Every one was always courteous and helpful with all my questions. Very good bedside manner.

The visit went well and was informative. It could have been handled by telephone, Skype or other device, however, and getting to Shreveport from Minden is a difficult and expensive problem for us. This wasn't a "hands-on" visit where a visit to the office was necessary, in my opinion.

Dr. Marx has and easy going attitude but tells you what you need and gets it done. Very professional. Thank you for the surgery. Marshall Priest.
