Dr. Simms is kind, thoughtful and of course, excellent at his job. Love this office.

I found Dr. Simms to be a very knowledgeable and friendly person. I felt (and feel) very satisfied that I chose Dr. Simms to handle all of my Prosthodontic needs.

If I could, I would give Dr. Simms and his staff 10 stars. I was living in Manchester when I became a patient for Dr. Serow and now I live in Enfield. Not sure when Dr. Simms took over the practice, but that doesn't really matter. Never have I ever looked forward to going to the dentist. The staff has become like family. Lisa is my hygienist and it is my pleasure to sit in the chair and have her clean and inspect my teeth. Dr. Simms is a great dentist and if anybody that reads this and they are looking for a dentist, I urge you to give this dental practice a try. You will not be disappointed. And on a last note. I will be going back to this office even though I moved. Like I said, family is how I feel about them. P.S. Well done Dr. Serow on finding a replacement. I agree with all the reviews previous to this one. I find Dr. Simms to be an excellent dentist with a calm and reassuring nature, and his staff to be friendly and professional. I want to add also that I have never had to wait in the waiting room beyond my scheduled time and on the one occasion I had a 'perceived' emergency, they told me to drive right down and they took me in immediately. Heidi is the best dental hygienist. If you have any anxiety, or a lot of plaque and sensitive teeth or gums like i do, just go see Heidi. I was away for a year and recently went back to Heidi (i always go to heidi) and i thought it was going to be rough but she is so gentle and great at what she does that it was fine. I am well known in the office for being a challenge (i go three times a year and it takes an hour of hard work to clean my teeth) so trust me go see Heidi. I just switched dentists and am pleased with my first visit. They were very accommodating to my busy schedule and the staff was very friendly. Jocelyn was my hygienist and she is fantastic! She is very knowledgeable and personable. She took the time to explain things and asked questions to help address any concerns I had.

I have been going to this office for over 30 years. Now that Dr. Simms has taken over the practice, I still continue to receive the best dental experience possible. Dr. Simms is truly a professional in all respects and his staff of hygienist and office workers are top notch also.

I was so pleased by how nice everyone in the office was. They made me feel like part of the family. Dr. Simms took care of my problem in just one visit. So I now have a new family dentist. Great people !

What can you say about him other than he's the best there is. Young doc with old school patient care and interaction. He once met me on his day off to fix my broken tooth. I would follow him anywhere he goes. Just don't find doctors/dentist like this anymore.

We have been going here for years, and now the kids are starting there as well. Always a good experience with professional & friendly staff. They are not pushy with procedures and we trust them with their recommendations and our teeth.

Dr. Simms is the man! And he's in the Navy Reserves, so props to a fellow veteran. I hate getting anything done, especially if it involves drilling. But Dr. Simms did such an amazing job, I didn't feel a thing! Just put on my headphones and the next thing I know, I'm done! Amazing!!

I love this place !!! I can't imagine anyone thinking of a visit to the dentist's office as fun or pleasurable but I can honestly say that I do look forward to seeing Dr. Simms and his staff. They are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I'm a patient for life. Anyone reading this should be too.

Doctor Simms is the Van Gogh of Dentistry! Unfortunately, Mother Nature did not bless me with a mouthful of beautiful choppers. that fact coupled with a dental accident at a young age, led to a lifetime of low self-esteem and lack of confidence. Fortunately, I was introduced to Dr. Simms many years ago and he drastically changed my situation overnight. Since that time, he has repeatedly come up with inventive, ingenious, and creative ideas and procedures that continue to skyrocketed my confidence and self-image. He makes me prettier and prettier every year. (And that is no small feat) ;O) As for the practice, the entire staff is warm, caring, and incredibly talented. When Heidi is cleaning my teeth, I feel more like I’m out having coffee with a friend, than sitting in a dentist chair. For many years I had Dr.Serrow a very pleasant man.I has Dr.Simms a couple of times and he is as gentle as Dr.Serrow .Highly recommend this office.

Had Dr. Serrow for years. Since Dr. Simms has come in, though, we have been pleasantly surprised. He's personable and just down-right very good at what he does! A good 'replacement'.

I loved everything about my last visits with Dr. Simms. The office staff went of their way to answer any questions I had. Very clean and I was very happy that I chose this dental office.

Absolutely love everything about this dentist office. Heidi was so professional and explained everything she was doing in detail where I could understand. You could tell she cares about each patient and takes pride in what she does. I highly recommend!!!

Excellent dentist. The staff is excellent as well. We and our sons went to Dr. Serow for decades and Dr Simms has capably assumed the role of our family dentist with a modernized and up-to-date dental practice.

Our entire family is seen by Dr. Simms and we adore him! This dental office is such a breath of fresh air! My previous dentist office was filled with rude secretaries and inefficient service which made we research other dentists in the area. Darryl Simms popped right up and every review was excellent! Last year I was at the dentist pretty much every week in the summer to replace my silver fillings with white fillings in preparation to my wedding the following May. Every visit was fantastic! I dealt with Dr. Serow for majority of my visits and he was the best! So nice and personable. Every hygienist was super friendly as well and especially the secretaries! I was there so much that I felt like we were all friends haha! I also had Dr. Simms for a visit or two and he was so friendly, personable, and funny! Such a great team! The best dentist I have ever been to, I didn't go to the dentist for a long time and they were understanding. They were all very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Simms is an absolutely superb dentist! I would (and have) recommended him him to my medical colleagues and friends.

Dr. Simms is a joy to work with and I usually dislike dentists having had bad previous experiences. He is patient, kind and caring.

I can always count on excellent treatment at the office. The office staff is always helpful and professional. The hygienists are careful and thorough. Dr. Simms and Dr. Serow always treat me with concern and clearly explain what needs to be done. I always feel very comfortable there.

I recently had extensive reconstructive work performed by Dr. Simms and his staff. This included several implant crowns and a complex bridge which replaced my removable partial. There were many steps over many visits that culminated in results far beyond my expectation. Dr. Simms looked after my interests, worked with my oral surgeon, and proposed changes to make things right. His goal was to make my implants look good and last a lifetime. There are many reasons I recommend Dr. Simms practice to anyone needing his services. Above all, you want a dentist that is meticulous, with a high standard of quality and skills for a good outcome. Dr. Simms is a highly skilled Prosthodontist and a great person, who really care. Together with his ceramist Elie they took time to explained everything and made me feel at ease. My appointments at Dr. Simms' office are consistently great. I genuinely look forward to seeing Heidi, who is both a wonderful dental hygienist and all around human being. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr. Simms is kind, clearly communicative and makes me feel at ease. Everyone is so friendly, and if you are the least apprehensive of going to the dentist like I use to be, this is the place for you! When you leave you'll ask yourself, why did I wait so long?

Dr Simms and his staff are both professional and curteous and make you comfortable even though you are at a dental appointment. New technology is being used in his office and I have been satisfied with all dental work completed. I would recommend this doctor to anyone that is currently looking for a dentist.

Have been going to Dr Serow's office for many years prior to him selling his business to Dr. Simms. I love all the staff at this office, especially Heidi, my Hygienist. :) Always professional and considerate and office is always clean and well kept.
