Dr. Darren Michael Vigee

I recently experienced a fall during which I hurt my foot, causing terrible pain. Dr. Vigee and his nurse were very thorough and kind. I was even helped getting to my car.

I saw Dr Vigee for heel pain or planter fashcitis. He answered all my questions, he was easy to talk with, he explained everything. I left feeling better than I expected. It was my first visit and I got in to see a Dr within 3 days. I would definitely recommend and will continue to see him if the need arises.

I’m a diabetic and foot care is important. I was quite nervous to get an ingrown toenail addressed. Dr Vigee is wonderful. The staff is great! I found a new hood doctor that cares.

I will refer all my family and friends to Dr. Vigee. He is thorough and he really cares about his patients.

From the time I walked in the door. I received great, friendly service, and Dr. Vigee is the best. I have followed him from his New Orleans practice to Slidell. Anyone having any kind of foot issues. I recommend him.

Excellent care from all aspects! The office staff, Jenny from scheduling, and Dr. Vigee were all amazing. I really felt like everyone had my best interests in mind.

Dr Vigee is absolutely the best! His bedside manner is awesome. I hate foot injections and I never really feel them when he does it. His staff is always friendly and helpful. I can't say enough great things about him and the office staff.

After completing "new patient" paperwork my appointment when smoothly. The doctor discussed the x-rays that were taken and various methods of treatment. The staff and doctor Vigee were very efficient and courteous. Dr Vigee had to do a cortisone injection into the foot and I was really dreading that but I have to say it was painless. In the past he took care of cutting out an ingrown toenail and that was painless as well. I highly recommend him!

The reception personnel were efficient and professional.

Came in today for a podiatry appointment…I’ve been to a few…but I received the most efficient and informative treatment. In rapid succession, I was checked in, saw radiology, got my initial evaluation, got my feet scanned (LIDAR), and had the doc chat with me about my issues and my options. Before I left, my new orthotics had been ordered, after my doctor explained why he wanted certain materials used in my situation, and my follow appointment was being notified as a text to my phone as I got to my car. Highly recommend dr. Vigee! Both him and his nurse are so knowledgeable and kind. Fixed my problem immediately.

This office ran on time and very attentive . Very nice office space and Dr. Vigee is very straight forward ! They take care of the problem and send you on your way . Very nice staff .

Dr vigee did two surgeries on my foot the first one didn't take because my body rejected the titanium but he removed it and I know I'm on my way to recovery it just takes time when you have a foot that's was that as mine and I appreciate everything he's done he's a great doctor

Dr.Vigee, is phenomenal!!! I could hardly walk when I went into his office the pain was so bad. I walked out of his office with no pain. And he’s so compassion for his patient thank you God for sending us such a good physician who cares about your people. Dr. Vigee is awesome. Great bedside manner and extremely knowledgeable.

If you have problems with your feet this is definitely the guy you wanna see. He understands people have real lives and have to work and will work with you to come up with the right plan. I highly recommend him.

Great doctor. Very easy to schedule appointments and surgery. I had very minor pain after surgery and eventually went away. My feet are perfect now.

Dr. Vigee was excellent. His explanation was very easy to understand. Orthopedic said my problem was probably a hairline fracture but Dr Vigee proved him wrong. Helped me resolve my foot pain by recommending inserts, that he could have sold me, but he suggested I try some from the drug store. Saved me $250. Highly recommend him.

I took my mother to see Dr Vigee. He was very prompt and very compassionate with my mother. He even trimmed her toenails, put her sock and shoes on her feet and walked us out and held the door open for us. My mother was very happy about her visit and we both felt he left an impression of one of the best doctor visits ever. Thank you Dr Vigee.

Dr Vigee was very thorough and knowledgeable about what was going on with my foot. He took his time, was compassionate and positive. He took the time to explain my test results and was very patient answering any questions I had and made me feel like everything would turn out fine and he'd see it through until I got back to normal. I really appreciated how comfortable he made me feel. I would recommend him To anyone having serious foot issues. Excellent!

He is such an awesome Doctor. Very personable, patient and informative. I highly recommend him.
