Doctors that do not take ANY insurance plans are not healers, they are elitist , money driven snobs with very large egos. They receive their license to practice medicine from the State so they should be legally required to take Medicare and other Government provided insurance plans. Do not support this kind of greed by paying $600 cash upfront! Our healthcare system is experiencing an exodus of Doctors who only want cash upfront. Doctors can still service the affluent by giving them premium appointments, house calls and other concierge services but take care of some less affluent, working class people. I understand the billing is a hassle but a good Medical Coding and Billing Assistant only gets about $20 an hour and can take care of it. Do not support Doctors who already only service the 1%. Not good at establishing a rapport with teenage patients. Not well versed in ADHD compared to other physicians in the area. Not willing to advocate for his patients. Pompous. Find another provider.

I have been seeing Dr Rothschild for 7 years and have been very satisfied with my treatment. He is the first doctor who correctly diagnosed my condition as bipolar after many previous doctors had treated me for depression only. Since being on the proper medication, I have been stable and have not experienced any extreme mood swings. For this I am very grateful to Dr Rothschild and recommend him highly.

He is an amazing man. You want a smart, busy, Dr. who knows how to listen and evaluate. That is why he is busy - because he is sought after for his expertise.

Dr Rothschild does a thorough initial evaluation and makes sure he has a full understanding of your situation and needs before suggesting treatment, which may include talk therapy as well as medications. He is very knowledgeable about medication options and will discuss the pros & cons of any treatment and include you in the decision-making process. He is personable, kind, and will guide & support you through any medication adjustment needed. He considers your whole life circumstances & listens!

This is the most arrogant, condesending, uncompasionate, person (not doctor) I have every encountered. Unfortunately I paid $$$$$$ (doesn't take insurance) for a total lack of competent treatment for my suicidal son. His treatment instruction was call the police and have them take him to ER. What is he getting paid for.? We waited 6 weeks to see this ? only to be insulted and berated. He has made my son suffer beyond comprehension, not even an attempt to give him relief.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rothschild's for almost two years. He provides the utmost care in medical diagnosis and effective treatment plans. In addition, the follow-up appointments are essential for bettering overall health improvement. Dr. Rothschild is professional, diligent, and extremely competent in his practice. I highly recommend Dr. Rothschild to any person seeking psychiatric care.

One word comes to mind when I think of Dr. Rothschild - thorough. I have been suffering from depression and addiction for years and Dr. Rothschild specializes in both. Very comprehensive initial meeting - over 2hours gathering background information and your concerns. Finds the right medication for you. Discusses all potential side effects and answers all questions. Makes great recommendations of things that could help outside of the medication. The office manager, Naomi is great.

Dr. Rothschild has been an exceptional doctor for me. He has dealt with difficult situations with ease and caring. He's very talented, and I haven't ever looked back after leaving another very bad provider in the area. I think he's the best in the area; we're lucky to have him. I trust him completely and would (and have) recommended him to friends and family.
