Dr. Darrell Daugherty

I'd give negative stars if possible. All he cares about is $$. And he tells you, umpteen times what it will cost ... I only care about hearing it upfront when I schedule the appt., I'm not senile, I don't need to be told by him and staff 15 times from when I arrive until I check out. He has NO personality: he is not friendly, he does not clearly explain anything, he just mumbles through it all. And don't dare bring up related issues/concerns: He totally ignores you and won't even acknowledge what you've said. I hope to never encounter him again.

Do not trust them at their word! If they say they will accept your insurance, get it in writing! If they say this amount is your portion to pay, get it in writing! I was told our insurance would be accepted and our portion would only be $350, which I paid. A couple weeks later, I get a bill for over $1000 because the insurance denied their claim. When I called to see what they could do, they explained that I should have looked into it myself first, and that I still need to pay the $1000.

Dr. Daugherty is one of the most, if not the most, professional medical Doctors I have ever seen. He did a root canal for me on one visit and did a consultation on another visit. He saved me a lot of money and aggravation by giving me advise as to what to do with a problem tooth. Another doctor had advised that take a different route which would have been a huge mistake. I have complete faith and trust in his judgment.
