i went to see Dr. Rosen with my son who was clearly not alright, Dr. turned my son away because i had brought my other daughter with me and told me she cannot see my son because i brought someone else. i asked if i could leave my 10 year old in the waiting room and go inside with my son. she refused and gave me an option to rebook 2 months later. How does a Dr turn away a sick patient, where is the humanity and the compassion from one mother to another. i am very disheartened. If you leave your child alone at home, you catch an ACS case, you bring with to the Dr, they refuse to help you. what should a mother do to take care of her kids? Dr. Rosen how do you turn away a clearly sick child who had driven 40min at 8:30am to come and get service and you just tell them to rebook 2 months later. This fails me

I went to see Dr. Rosen after being referred to by my son's Dr. She did not have an appointment at the Greenwich location so i went to Norwalk location which took me 40min to drive, appointment was at 8:30am. On arrival they told me they could not see my son because i had brought my other daughter with me and i had to reschedule with an available date of May 31st. I clearly explained that i had come to this location because clearly i needed the immediate help as my son was not doing well. She refused and turned me away regardless of clear signs my son was sick. How does a Dr let a sick child walk out because of having his sibling present. If you leave your child at home, ACS is on your case and if you bring with you you don't get service. Dr. Rosen, i am very disappointed in the way you treated my son, where is the humanity. How do you let a sick child walk out with no help. Very dis-heartened

Great all around experience

Highly recommend Dr. Rosen. My daughter is fearful of doctors and Dr. Rosen made her feel at ease. Office was very clean and kid friendly.

Waste of time!

Great experience for my daughter. She doesn’t do well with doctors and Dr. Rosen and her staff made us both feel completely at ease.

My son saw Dr. Rosen today for the firs time and we were so impressed. She was super friendly, very casual and laid back with my almost 13 year old boy. She had a great plan for us and we look forward to continuing with her care
