Coming to this office was a big waste of time. I scheduled my appointment two weeks ago by phone and immediately put the date and time in my calendar. When I came in, the receptionist told me I was not in the system for my appointment. She then went on to insist that I had already come in one month ago. I don’t have amnesia. The staff and Dr Trovato are great at what they do. Been seeing him for over 10 years now, never had any issues, he explains everything in detail.

THE DOCTOR IS TERRIFIC!!!! HOWEVER THE STAFF ARE VERY INCOMPETENT, I CALLED 2 TIMES BOTH TIMES I WAS KEPT ON HOLD EACH TIME OVER 13 MINUTES LONG, THE FIRST TIME MY APPOINTMENT WAS NOT EVEN IN THERE SYSTEM, PEOPLES TIMES AND SCHEDULES ARE IMPORTANT TOO.

I have visited Dr. Trovato few times now bc i believe he is extremely competent, knowledgeable and professional. He helped me tremendously with my foot/shoulder injury and was very caring. I highly recommend him. My first visit with his office staff did not go well due to miscommunication with MRI location and his staff, but The staff was also very welcoming and very professional. I don’t like visiting doctors but if I have to visit any doctor for orthopedics than I would def go see Dr.Trovato. Awful experience. Receptionists were awful and not helpful. Would definitely not go back, find yourself a more competent office and doctor.

Dr. Trovato is known for having hands of gold. A renowned surgeon, a true talent. He has taken care of countless people I have sent to him, with significant orthopedic issues, as well as myself. Literally the best.

I have taken my 88year old mother to Dr Trovato several times in the past year. During each visit I have found Dr Trovato to be extremely competent, knowledgeable and professional. He is compassionate and patient when answering questions. Although many physicians have properly trained their staff I believe Dr Trovato has gone above and beyond. At today’s visit his receptionist, seeing my mom was in pain, got up from her desk and carefully took my moms arm and walked her into the examining room making sure my mom was comfortable. I had a 10:30 appt. waited 2 hours to get into another waiting room. Doctor came quickly. My visit was brief, but very effective!!
