Dr. Wong was very kind and professional and very thorogh in focusing on the issue bothering me and doing the required tests to resolve my issue. I would recommend him to my family.

Dr. Wong is so smart and good at explaining what is going on. He helped me so much!

He was polite, listened to my trouble, and preformed all the primary tests as a new patient. Took his time and didn't rush. The staff was also nice, and I told the lady at the desk about the bad reviews on the net and that I didn't want to have to pay before I saw him, and she assured me I wouldn't be charged if I wasn't happy with my visit. Who could ask for better than that?

I'm saddened to see such a low review for Dr. Wong. He's amazing! I've been going to him since the age of 2 (1998). He's always been gentle and kind to me. Got on to my mom a few times for not following his medical advice which caused me to have reaccuring infection in my ears.. lol But he's always been attentive and straight to the point, which I love. He is looking out for the best interest of the patient and doesn't have time for people who wont listen.. I don't trust anyone else with my ears! I love Dr. Wong! Awful experience with this Doctor. He is extremely rude, inconsiderate, and down right useless of care. Never again!!!!!!!

My experience with Dr. Wong and his staff have been amazing. I came to him with (what I learned was) a misdiagnosed issue with my ear. He took the time to explain to me the real issue, and quickly addressed the problem. I had issues with my insurance in filling a prescription, and his staff went above and beyond in helping me find a pharmacy who could fill the order asap. Seeing Dr. Wong fixed my nasal issues for me. Game changer. Never realized that I had a deviated septum among other issues.

I was very impressed with the kindness of Dr. Wong and his staff. I was in the ER over the weekend and didn’t expected to be able to get in With an ENT today. His staffed worked me in letting me know there would be a wait. I liked Dr. Wong very much and his staff. Very helpful!

Good ENT, but I paid both of my invoices and months later, at different times, I received invoices for both and had to call and tell them I had already paid. Dishonest or human error? I don't know but wonder why it happened with BOTH invoice. We shouldn't have to check their work. Most people will pay it twice without checking. I have a BIG problem with that. Took them a week to schedule me a appointment had to wait 2½ hours to be seen and to top it off they charged me 55 bucks of co-pay for the dr to just ask me 7 questions and tell me he's never heard of my symptoms and referred me to someone else that couldn't schedule me for 3 weeks out. Just ridiculous, they could of atleast gave me my money back! I trust Dr. Wong will all my ENT needs... Which turns out to be a lot with my messed up ears! He has been the only one to correctly diagnose my issues and I've seen a lot of improvement. Best office staff there is, too.

The receptionist was very rude! She hung up on me and didn’t even say another word after I was kind to hear. This says a lot about this office.

5 years ago my husband had Dr Wong do nasal surgery on him. After he was done I asked Dr Wong while my husband was in recovery if he removed the nasal polyps and he told me no he didn't. We found out today he put in his report that he did remove the nasal polyps.Now Sanjac Surgery minutes says he did not .What is the truth. If you need an ENT, definitely consider Dr. Wong. Very professional and fixed my problem so easily. I was dealing with vertigo for about 3 years and finally made an appointment with Dr. Wong. When he diagnosed me I had my doubts, but he was right and I was so very wrong. Good thing that I'm not a doctor. Wish that I had gone to see him 3 years ago. Also, he was very personable. He took the time to talk fishing with my husband. His staff was great. I found Dr. Wong and his staff to be very friendly and helpful. If you need an ENT, definitely consider Dr. Wong. My disabled daughter has gone to Dr. Wong for 20+ years and has been taken care of with the best of care. Always able to get in when needed. Would recommend him to any one who needs a ENT.

Very rude and after two visits did not know what was wrong with me. Waste of money and time. I went to Dr. Shaw in Baytown and he found what was wrong in one visit by doing cat scan of sinus cavity. I would not recommend him to anybody.

Dr. Wong and his staff are excellent. For about the past three weeks I have been coming and seeing him daily. I was referred from my primary. I was referred because I had a staph Infected cyst. It turned into an abscess on my face. He told me everything he was going to do and was caring. The entire staff was nice to me as well. From day one I felt like I was being taken care of. Dr. Wong is a great Doctor. .he really takes his time with you...he answers all your questions with patience and respect...my family will always be his patients...he is one of a kind...

Took my fiance to Dr. Wong for a neck tumor. He spent a lot of time with us, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to help him get into UTMB Galveston and still follows up with him even though he is not currently treating him. I highly recommend Dr. Wong. Very caring and compassionate.
