Dr. Lane is a dedicated doctor with an amazing bedside manner. She has answered my emails at 3:30 am and returned my calls even while she was returning from vacation. She never once acted annoyed or made me feel stupid (unlike a certain Dr. in Santa Rosa). Most importantly, because of Dr. Lane I'm 10 weeks pregnant after the first cycle! My only criticism would be that at times there was a breakdown in communication or misunderstanding between the fertility coordinators and herself or me. This is an overwhelming process so don't be afraid to ask questions and clarify orders. I recommend Dr. Lane and am so thankful that she is one of the few fertility doctors that accepts my insurance! I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Doctor Lane. She was very easy going and personable, She definitely will take her time to treat you as a person and not just a patient! She is very flexible when it comes to care & appointments. Her staff Sophia and Joy are absolutely amazing And will go above and beyond to make the process go smoothly. I would highly recommend Doctor Lane and her staff for anybody seeking fertility services. My experience as a GS is one that I will never forget.

Dr.Danielle Lane is only in it for the money. she defaults the contract .and refuse to pay the service fee to her contractor.

Horrible. Dr. Danielle Lane is a crook and a snake. She recycled medications. I often received medications that were opened and the name scratched off, even though I paid for new medication. She pressures and pressures for payment. There is nothing sensitive about her process. She is only in it for the money. Also, she treats her staff terribly. She is verbally abusive to them, even though they are kind and intelligent people. There are SEVERAL labor board claims against her because she does not pay her staff even though she pressures patients to pay and pay in full before services are even started. After she pressures you to pay in full, if you decide not to continue with her, she will NOT give you your money back. $30k + down the drain. She will claim every cent was spent behind the scenes even though she did not actually work on the patient. She has SEVERAL lawsuits and a class action lawsuit pending against her. Stay far far away from this criminal

I loved working with Dr Lane. She was compassionate and kind. She was supportive every step of the way.
