No one picks up the phone and we're in year 2121.

Very dismissive. She did not take the time to listen to history, just kept putting her hand up & telling me that our visit was a formality & she just was getting a snapshot of my daughter’s history. Then we get the Dr Tapos’ report & her notes. She obviously she made up half the information because she never completed a full assessment, read reports from other providers or asked me the questions. Instead, half of my child’s health history and symptoms are wrong. Would not recommend. We drove 2 hours to have 10 minutes of being dismissed as an “atypical case”. Perhaps it would’ve been more obvious had we not have been dismissed & actually listened to our concerns., or talked to my child. The only reason I gave her any stars was because we were able to be seen right away, & she gave me the referral necessary for continuing my daughter’s care.

No one answers the phone called 5 times and no answer

Called for a year no answer ever just keeps ringing!

No other patients seemed to be there but she acted like she was in a big hurry. Not personable with children (or parents) at all. Chose her because of participation with my insurance.
