Dr. Daniel M Wik

I have been going to Dr wik for well over a year now. He's an extremely intelligent man and is more than willing to listen to you explain what is going on with your body. He can find diagnosis that's just by listening to you without doing any sort of poking prodding and biopsies. He is definitely understanding when it comes to your condition. I never want to have to see another pain doctor again! His wife Katie is also office manager and she is a wonderful person and does a great job trying to keep the office going!

Terrible experience

Always well pleased with Dr. & his procedures . Explains things clearly so one can understand what he does.

I am blown away by his knowledge. I think no 2 patients are exactly alike even though there are some commonalities among certain disease states and conditions. So even if it's pretty hard, one MUST describe as accurately as possible ALL their symptoms. He impresses me as incorruptible, high-spirited, honest, tightly regulated due to his individual circumstances but desirous to help. Those exams are no piece of cake. So if you don't succeed at first, most of us know the old saying. I see that he worked in Colorado. I lived there once. Things are quite different there. I wish he still worked in Omaha though. I like him and his staff. They're real people just like you and me.

Dr. Wik has been with me every step of the way. I had a horrible accident and he has guided me to a better life.

He is all about pushing the opioids-was on methadone for 3 years and it almost killed me. On my own arranged to go to pain rehab therapy at Mayo Clinic. Should have been dr wik arranging and recommending this route for pain relief when he knew the methadone wasn’t working! But as long as he can fill his own pockets I guess that’s what matters! I wouldn’t take a fly in pain to him for relief!

At first it was difficult, the amount of pre-testing and paperwork is extreme but understandable. After he added additional staff it got easier, although the urine tests are not always accurate regarding chemicals in the system the overall prognosis in my case has stabilized due to the actions by Dr. Wik since I began a pain management at the clinic.

Always excellent ! I've been a patient of his many years ! He has helped me maintain acceptable levels of pain so can live life much more fully . Having multiple chronic conditions is a challenge he definitely helps me get through ! He talks to a patient in a warm friendly understanding manner . Takes the time to explain on a personal level ! Is one of the most caring and knowledgeable physicians I have had the pleasure to meet . As an ex-nurse ive met a few ! Truly appreciate Dr Wik !
