Such a great eye doctor and most excellent staff

Everyone was pleasant and professional. All test were explained and questions answered. The doctor is so thorough and made me at ease with the information she shared.

Everyone including doctor were absolutely wonderful

Dr.Swift was outstanding. He took the time to explain all the tests and their results. I know a lot more about my eyes than ever before. He also has a great knowledge of British beer which is a bonus in my opinion.

Honestly I have had the best experiences with the eye doctors and techs at lense crafters. I have VERY sensitive eyes. None of your team makes me feel bad about that. They are beyond kind and understand. Everything is always actually explained to me every step of the way and in a way that makes sense. I don't think I've ever truly understood what having a stigmatism meant until today. The doctor took the time to make sure I was given contacts that would truly fit. Truly a wonderful experience.

The New lady doctor was really good ,she took alot of time with me and answered all of my questions Tim S

I was scheduled for an appointment at noon. Upon arriving there were multiple people waiting, but filled out the required paperwork. I overheard the secretaries discussing that the wait time was approximately 45 minutes. I am not upset that there was a wait, but upset at the fact that we were not told they were running behind. It is Friday, middle of the day and numerous people expressed their dissatisfaction with not being informed of the wait time. I certainly hope I will not be charged the $35 for not going to my appointment. I wish that I could charge $35 for wasting my time as they see this is the best business practice for them. The entire staff gave there all in helping my husband have a complete exam. He is paralyzed following a stroke 2 months ago. They lifted his wheel chair, adjusted equipment and kindly assisted in providing a professional yet sensitive thorough experience. Their compassion was very touching and deeply appreciated

Loved how friendly everyone was and all the eye health information they give!

The helper was very personable, explaining everything, taking his time. The eye doctor was very nice, explaining the freckle found, allayed my fears about my diabetes affecting my vision,said everything looked healthy. A pleasant experience.

This was my 2nd visit with Dr Wendorff. It was a great experience both times. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions.

I love going here to get my vision checked! The doctors are so friendly and so is the staff! They feel like family. The exam is thorough and the doctor answers all my questions.

The exam was fine but the office is way overbooked and the wait was unacceptable. There were not enough chairs either in the office or out in the LensCrafters lobby. Please allow more time between appointments so that you can get patients in at their scheduled time.

It went fairly well and had no issues. Would recommend the services to anyone who asks....

The eye exam and Doctor were great. The short, dark haired lady at the front desk - not so great. She was very rude during both interactions with her. Doesn’t listen well and speaks over you when your trying to talk. Not a fan! I almost walked out completely.

The appointment was for my 5 year old son, who had never been to the eye doctor before. We saw Dr. Swift, who was very knowledgeable about how the eye changes as a person gets older. However, his people skills were very unprofessional. During the exam he yelled at my child to stay still and he cut me off multiple times while I was trying to answer his questions. We use the OneSight Program for eye exams and glasses so we have to go through this office but we will not be seeing Dr. Swift again.
